"are you guys going to the party tonight" sophie asks, sitting down on the bleaches. i know it's only my second day back at school but i'm happy to finish for the weekend. "yeah, sky kinda has to go because it's her boyfriends party" josh says which i completely agree with.
i grab my phone and update myself on instagram, josh stopping me as soon as he sees a tate post.

/ "dude why are you so obsessed" i say, putting my phone in my hoodie pocket. "i'm not she's just good to look at" he admits and i roll my eyes.
"noah and the squad are coming our way" lexi says, resting her chin on her hand watching them. "the fuck you all staring at" tate says, wow someone nice today. she better not forget i helped her ass last night.
"tate stop being a bitch" he says, turning around and looking at her a serious look on his face. she frowns her eyebrows and rolls her eyes, taking a seat in front of me.
"hi baby" noah says, pecking my lips and then giving me a long hug. wow what the fucks up with him today. tate turns around so she is facing the rest of us, breathing out some spoke through her lips as she looks at me.
"the fuck you staring at" i say jokingly, mimicking her words from before. noah is no longer paying attention and is back to punching his friends or whatever.
"don't" she says.
"wow someones in a mood" i say, widening my eyes and deciding to go on my phone and ignore her instead. this is kind of a rare occasion, tate is never usually nice to anyone. i'd normally be punched by now. i watch a few tiktoks, zoning out completely.
"put your phone down i was talking to you" tate says, now appearing next to me, her arm pressed against mine as she leaves barely any room between us. i look up at her face which is closer than i thought, frowning my eyebrows and then shoving my phone back in my bag.
"talk then" i say.
"maddy tried to sleep with me last night on a bench in the middle of a park. like she literally got her fingers in me and everything despite me saying to get off about 100 times" she explains, i frown taken back a little by the fact that she is deciding to tell me this.
