Chapter 9

You grabbed him, and kissed him, it didn't take long for Hoseok to kiss you back.

You slowly pulled away, feeling your lips separate from his. You looked up at Hoseok who was looking deeply into your eyes.

"Y/N, I'm so sorry for all of this happening. I realised long ago that I loved you, and never Eun-ji." He hugged you tightly, his arms wrapped around you, feeling his warmth against you.

"I love you too Hoseok, I wish I noticed it sooner." You two started tearing up, holding each other tighter.

You were interrupted by a knock at the door, Hoseok went to answer the door. You heard Eun-ji's voice talking to him. She didn't notice you, as you were in the bedroom.

"Umm, hey Eun-ji, I have something to say."

"Oh, sure, what is it Hoseok oppa, I also have something to tell you too!"

Eun-ji saying oppa made you cringe, but honestly, what does she want from him?

"I'm breaking up with you."

"Wh-why oppa?"

"Don't act innocent, I know what you did."

"What oppa, I didnt do anything."

"Y/N."

"I- I haven't done anything to her."

"THEN EXPLAIN THE BRUISES ALL OVER HER BODY."

"I- I- I- don't know."

"Whatever, just go."

"O-oppa, Y/N is a bi-"

Hoseok slams the door shut, just before the word 'bitch' comes out of Eun-ji's mouth. He walks back to the bedroom to see you looking at him, like he just saved your life.

"Sorry about that Y/N, but Eun-ji is really a bad person now I see it."

You ran over and hugged Hoseok again, this time you really cried, his shoulder became wet because of your tears.

"Y/N." He pulled you away from the hug and grabbed your hands, he looked deeply into your tearing eyes. "I love you, ever since I first saw you, I loved you. And I want to say something. Would you like to be my girlfriend?"

You started to cry more, honestly, with how much you were crying, it felt like he was proposing to you.

"Y-yes, I'd love to, Hoseok."

Hoseok tightly grabbed your hands and pulled you into another hug. His hands rubbed your back and comforted you.

"I promise to protect you, to love you, and to cherish you." Hoseok kissed the top of your head while your face was hiding in his neck.

(Week before competition)

You were practicing for your new solo dance, until there was a knock at the door. You turned off the music and opened the door. Hoseok was their waiting for you.

"Hi Hoseok, what are you doing?"

"Just coming to check up on you, and maybe to watch you."

"Hoseok, you know you can't watch me, it's against the rules to sneak watch a performance."

"OK, fine, you're not fun." Hoseok pouted and crossed his arms. "I'm not talking to you."

You pecked his pouty lips and unfolded his arms. He tried to resist you, which was no use. "Fine Y/N, you win." He then kissed you and hugged.

"I need to get back to practice, Hoseok, I'll talk to you tonight."

"OK, bye Y/N, I'll see you later."

Hoseok left you to practice, after all, he needs to practice too. You chose a choreography that would be intense and interesting to appeal the audience.

While you were heading back to your dorm room, you saw Ha-eun leave her dance studio too.

"Ha-eun!"

"Y/N!"

You two ran to each other and hugged so tightly, and started jumping around. You both started to walk back to your dorm rooms and dropped Ha-eum off at hers. Although you two hadn't spoken for a little bit, you can't help but get excited when you see her.

You opened the door with your keys and to your surprise, Hoseok wasn't back yet. You decided to wash up and go in the shower.

While you were in the shower, you heard the main door open and shut. Probably Hoseok returning. You finished in the shower and then you remembered that you forgot to bring clothes into the  bathroom.

"H- Hoseok?"

"Yea Y/N?"

"Can you umm, bring some clothes to the  bathroom?"

"Umm, ok Y/N."

You hoped that he wouldn't look at you, there weren't even a towel.

"I'm not looking." Then a hand poked round the bathroom door with some clothes.

You grabbed them and thanked him. After unfolding them, Hoseok gave you some of his clothes, as they were too baggy for you, but very comfy.

You left the bathroom, your hands in the hoodie pockets. Hoseok saw you and went over.

"I knew you would look adorable in my clothes." He held you in his arms and spun you around, his angel smile made you feel everything was alright.

You put your arms around his neck and put your head on his shoulder. The moonlight from outside the window shone on both on you.

You two felt like the perfect couple that nobody could break. You weren't complete without Hoseok, he kissed the side of your head and held you.

Later on, you were getting ready for bed, putting on your pyjamas while Hoseok was watching TV on the sofa. You layed down on the bed, facing against the wall, trying to fall asleep. Then you heard the door of the bedroom open and felt your bed sheet being lifted up. You felt hands wrapping over you and holding you.

"Hoseok, what are you doing?" You said in a tired voice, you just wanted to sleep and wake up feeling better.

"I want to cuddle with you, Y/N." He back hugged you in bed and felt his head laying on your neck.

"But it's only a single bed."

"I don't care, I want to cuddle with you, love."

You turned around to see a shirtless sunshine smiling and holding you. His hand went across your head, ruffling your hair, and kissing your forehead. You looked into Hoseok's eyes and kissed his lips. He responded to the kiss and it always felt so heavenly. You two pulled away and you immediately put your head on his chest. Hoseok giggled at your cuteness and started rubbing your back, he knew it always made you happy. As you were drifting off, Hoseok went to one of your ears and whispered "I love you." He kissed your forehead and you snuggled closer to him. "I love you too." You fell asleep with Hoseok holding you.
