I sow a seed of a poisonous tree
Thinking it would bear a fruit good for me
A seed that has a dark color in nature
Sapped my joy and became my torture
I sow a seed, used my heart as the ground
Used it as strength to earn a million pound
The seed that grew together with me
Became a tree that blinds, now I cannot see
I sow a seed, became a tree grew its foot
Pierced my heart as it stand and bury its root
The seed that I planted now is bigger than me
And uprooting it makes my soul feel empty
I sow a seed I wish I never sow
No matter how people gave me sorrow
I thought I could poison the world through this tree
But now it's my poison, sapped the color in me.
