Ooohh yes, vacation! This is all I need now. The beach, sands in my hand, the heat of the sun, salt in my hair, the sound of the waves, and most especially my friends, but we preferred to be called The Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Club. Super haba 'di ba?

So its summer in the Philippines and this is the moment where all our endless adventures and bucket lists happened. Sobrang favorite namin 'tong season na 'toh. And we will never ever get tired of summer for it's the most amazing and unforgettable time of the year.

Sitting on a lounge chair with a book in my hand, reading the Isla and The Happily Ever After by Stephanie Perkins, while I was accompanied by my loving and most caring best friend in the universe Bry. We were having an Egg Benedict breakfast by the pool, sosyal 'di ba? Whereas my other friends, who are always late, are still getting ready for our much awaited fun and first vacation in Boracay. Take note: In a complete attendance, because last summer the boys didn't joined us so they missed out the fun.

"My God! Why are they taking so long?" she asks. We arrived at the hotel last night and it was like four in the morning, so I understand why they're taking so long to get up and get ready.

As I sip through my freshly squeeze orange juice, that's what it said in the menu, "I don't know. Alam mo naman 'yung mga 'yun, they're always late. Hindi ka pa nasanay. And for sure, they're all puyat."

"Well.. Hindi lang naman din sila ang puyat noh, tayo din kaya. Now call them and tell to hurry up. Magtatanghali na ohh. Sayang ang oras!" Sometimes Bry can be really imperious, "Fine, I'll call them." I put down the book and called Chloe. The phone started to ring..

Bry and I, we've been best friend for 4 years. We're the one who always plan for our trips and when it comes to party, traveling and adventures, we're always on-the-go. I think that is why we became friends, we were like soul sister or sister from another mother.

Bry or Bryanna Jenkins is a Filipino-American fashion designer, we met in New York City four years ago at the Parsons Fashion Show. By then, I was renting an apartment in Williamsburg with my friend Sabrina Medel. Sab is a Filipino-Aussie, she's pretty tall, and sexy, and beautiful, and she has this long lighter brown hair, and a fierce hazel eyes. No doubt why she became a model because she's so damn gorgeous. She modeled for Bry's fashion line, and Sab invited me to watch the Fashion Show since I happened to also love fashion, and that's where I met Bry. She became my best buddy from food trip through bizarre restaurants, to non-stop shopping at Barneys, to watching the latest movies, and going through different concerts, while Sabrina's been working so hard with her modeling career. After all, Bry and I both grew up in the Philippines, so we're kind of similar culturally and traditionally. Sabrina grew up in Australia, then stayed in the Philippines just to study college, until she began to model for various magazines and commercial ads. And then after she graduated college, she flew to New York where I met her and pursue her dreams of becoming an International Fashion Model. She's very persistent when it comes to her passion, and I kind of adore her for that. And as for me, of course I didn't went to New York just to chill, party and shop, I attended class at Columbia University mastering my degree in Architecture and after three long torturing years I finally have my degree.

        "Hi Ate Jac."

"Hey Chloe, paki-sabi nga sa kanila na bilisan nila kumilos at umiinit na ang ulo ng Ate mo," I say while I took a peek at Bry. And Bry stared at me ferociously and I grin at her.

"Yes, Ate Jac palabas na kami ng room. Tell Ate to chill out, mainit na nga pati siya nakikisabay pa," she jokes and I laugh. "Okay okay, just hurry up. Bye!"
