when kion saw the beautifull view and then the lion guard said it is indeed beautifull but kion said now that i am at the tree of life what will i do here the duty i had in the pride lands was to protect it and keep the circle of life in balance but now what do i used to keep the pride lands safe so my mother,father and kiara can sleep safely and my father never loved me for who i am i don't want a kingdom of my own i just want to be loved by my father no one else and queen janna said kion you and the guard are staying here for life so i would like you to be the lion guard of the tree of life and when kion heard this he was so happy he started jumping and runing around janna and rani was smilling at kion and janna said kion you are now prince kion of the pride lands and the tree of life and kion said how can that be  only king and queen's child son can be called a prince but i am not the prince of the tree of life queen janna i am only kion at the tree of life and one more thing we are no longer the lion guard now that we protect  the tree of life our new name is the night pride and if you don't mind can i call my team the night pride and i would like to propose something now we got two night prides so rani's team protects the tree of life right and janna said yes and she asked kion what do you propose well its like this since rani's group protects the tree of life at night they won't be able to protect the tree of life during the day so what i would propose is me and my team protect the tree of life during the day and janna said kion that is a very good idea and kion one more thing i would like say is you are prince kion of the pride lands but since you going to lead the new night pride you will need the mark of the night pride and kion you not only the kindest lion i have ever met but smartest as well and kion said thank you queen janna and queen janna said kion you don't have to call me queen janna just call me janna and rani said kion you don't have to my grandmother queen janna you are like family to us even if related to us but one more thing you are my best friend so you don't have hide any thing from me or my grandmother then kion said rani can you show me where the hunting grounds are because i am very hungry and nirmala said kion you are to young to hunt by your self and kion said nirmala don't act like my mother i know how to hunt and you don't have to hunt for food today because i will hunt the whole pride just tell how many lions are there in the pride and janna said kion its only me, surak,rani,baliyo and nirmala ok i will need some help bring the food to the tree so can rani and baliyo come with me and janna said its ok with me but take care of your self while hunting for food ok yes janna i will be careful and is any one who i should look out for who may cause harm to the tree of life and janna said no kion you don't have to worrie about anything ok thank you janna and kion said rani baliyo lets go and kion went hunting and surak said he is just like my brother and sister in law look at him he is so kind like rani and baliyo's mother and he ferece like their father and i think kion loves rani not for her title but for who she is and janna said my son how do you know this and surak said well mother if you saw how he acted infront of rani he wanted to show how brave and kind he is i know this because that is the way your first son acted when he saw rani and baliyo's mother and janna said if kion and rani are in love and he marries rani he will a good husband and a good king and surak asked his mother how do know this because if you talk to him he shows his feelings and when he was talking to rani i saw him enjoying the talk and now he will be leading his lion guard here in the tree of life and we will give him the love he needs and now let's introduce to him to Sahasi and Ananda and surak said okay lets take him to them and tell them what happened and when they reach the tree sahasi and ananda came out of the tree and said good morning queen janna ananda and sahasi said good morning mother and then kion saw them and hid behind surak and surak said kion don't be scared they are rani and bailyo's mother and father and kion said hi and sahasi said hi kion i am queen janna's older son  and this is my wife ananda and sahasi asked his mother where kion is from and why is he here and janna told them what simba did to kion and kion started to cry and ananda went and told kion not to cry and she even said that they will make his life better then what it was and sahasi saw the mark of the guard and said kion can i ask you some thing and kion said what and sahasi said what is that mark on your shoulder and kion said it is the mark of the lion guard and i am the leader of the guard as well and ananda said you are so young and you are the leader of a group but why are you so thin have you been eating well and kion said no my father only gave me the i needed to stay strong and some times he never used to give me anything at all but my mother and sister used to take some of their food and give it to me and when ananda heard this she said what type of father dose this to their son and kion said i still love him even if he dose not love me he was just scared i would act like scar but i made a vow to my grandfather mufasa when sahasi heard the name mufasa he said kion you the grandson of the great king mufasa and kion said yes and ananda said i am happy to have the grandson of mufasa in the tree of life and kion said janna can you show me where i can sleep so i can get up for my lion guard duty and janna said kion you have to rest i will tell rani to lead the guard for one day okay kion and kion said i am the leader and it is my duty to protect the tree of life and you so i don't want to rest i will lead the guard first thing in the morning okay queen janna and janna said kion you can lead the guard tomorrow but take care of your self and don't over do things i how your father over used you and you are going to sleep in the tree with me and kion said i can't it is only for the royal family of the tree of life and janna said kion you are sleeping in the tree and that's final and i will see you off  when you go on duty okay now come on and kion said janna can i talk to you alone and janna said why yes and she went with kion and kion said i don't know i still love my father even after he did those bad things to me and janna said kion you are a very good lion cub that's why i want you be by my side at all times when you are not on duty now lets go to sleep and kion said okay and they walk to the tree to go to sleep and he sees rani and bailyo sleeping and kion said they are all ready asleep janna said kion i need to tell you something and kion said what is it can i help and janna said kion you can help but let me tell the problem and kion said sorry and janna said kion i know why you still love your father and i know who your grandfather is and kion said you know my grandfather mufasa and janna said indeed and kion said janna what was my grandfather like when he was my age and janna said kion your grandfather was the royal duties and i have on patrol with the lion guard and after some time kion lay down on the ground and janna lay on the rock and kion and janna were fast asleep and after an hour kion was having a bad dream that he had killed all the people at the tree of life and he got up and sat up crying and then rani got with kion's crying went to him and said kion why are you crying and kion said i had a bad dream that i killed all of you and i all so miss my mother and sister and rani said oh kion you can never kill anyone and i am your best friend and if you want to see your mother and sister i can help you and she put her head on kion's and he had stoped crying and kion said rani i don't know why but when i am with you i feel so calm and rani can you do something for me and rani said what ? and kion said i want to forget all the bad things my father did because you know what happened to my grandfather it was because of the same thing what was done to me had happened to my granduncle scar but that was not his real name his real name was taka and i don't harm my father i love him very much so can you make this happen and rani said kion i will speak to nirmala about this and we will see what we can do and kion you are the kindest lion i have ever met and i glad to have you as my best friend and if you can't sleep you cuddle up to me and baliyo and kion said okay and so he cuddled up to her and fell fast asleep and in his sleep he said rani i will all always keep you safe and when the sun was rising and janna got and saw rani and kion cuddled up to each other and went to baliyo and woke him and said baliyo come and don't make a sound and then surak also got up and so did nirmala and they saw rani and kion cuddled up with each other and surak said nirmala look there and nirmala saw rani and kion cuddled up and she said their are so cute together just then janna and baliyo can and baliyo saw rani and kion cuddled up and they look so cute together and just as baliyo said that kion was getting up and when he saw the whole night pride but rani was not there and kion said good morning night pride queen janna and he said baliyo where is rani and baliyo said kion look beside you and kion looked at his side and saw rani sleeping on his left paw and kion said rani get up and then rani got up and saw kion and she said good morning kion and then kion said janna night pride can i go on patrol and janna said yes kion but when you came back from patrol i want to talk you alone okay and kion said yes queen janna and janna said kion you don't have to call me queen janna you can just call me janna and with that kion to the lion guard and he saw them waiting by the tree and kion said good morning lion guard and guard said good morning kion can we start patrol and then they start patrol and after some time ullu said kion lion guard they are some bad people coming up the mountain pass and with that kion and lion guard went into action they were three lions and kion said lions stop and lions stop and said who are you and kion said my name is kion and this is the lion guard and if you want to cause problems for the kingdom then get out and then one of the lions said i am the the leader and my name is nuka and these are my friends and we want to take over the tree of life and kion said the tree of life is under my protection so get out and then nuka and his friends ran towards kion and his friends kion and lion guard were fighting nuka and nuka bit kion and broke his leg and kion saw ullu and said ullu go get the night pride and ullu flew as fast as she could fly and she found the night pride resting and ullu said night pride and rani said ullu what happened and ullu said kion and the lion guard are fighting nuka and his friends and kion is down with a broken leg they need your help and rani said night pride and nirmala said rani what happened and told them what happened and surak said kion wont be able to fight nuka on his own and rani said kion has a broken leg and baliyo said then we have go fast and fight them off then the night pride come to the pass and kion fighting with a broken leg and kion told the guard to get behind him and he roared them away and he was about to fall when rani stoped him from falling and took him to the tree to get healed and when janna saw kion's paw she said kion i told you to be careful and  kion said in pain janna i was just doing my job trying to protect the tree of life and janna said oh kion i know you are doing your job but i don't want to see you with broken bones cuts all over your body and then nirmala said janna you know something even tho kion had a broken leg he was still fighting nuka and last of all he roared away and janna said kion come here and kion went to janna but fell and rani said kion do want any help and kion said in a kind voice rani can do this he got up again and walked to janna and janna said i will heal you leg and from now on you are the tree of life's strongest and surak said kion my boy you have to be careful none of us like to see you like this and kion said i know surak but it is my job to protect the tree of life i cant just sit and do nothing and janna said kion you can go on patrol when you are healed okay and kion said thank you janna
