"Alright, let's..." Minho starts speaking, but stops when he notices someone missing from the table. "Where's Chan-hyung?"

The rest of the pack look at each other.

"He said he has a lot of work today," Jisung says, wanting to eat.

"I know that, but it's already this late. Shouldn't he be back?" Minho asks.

"We called him," Felix tells him. "But he didn't want to come home."

Minho sighs.

"Well... he isn't coming back then I guess. We might as well eat," he tells everyone and gestures for them to start eating.

They all hesitate a little bit, but one by one start eating. They all know if Chan says he's going to work until late, he's going to work until late. But this is the first time he misses a meal, especially since all of the pack is present – something that has become increasingly more difficult with everyone's different schedules.

The rest of the meal goes smoothly, everyone enjoys the food. Only at one point, Jisung and Jeongin fight for the last piece of chicken. The rest of the pack does enjoy their bickering for a while and they don't stop them, until Jeongin actually stands up, ready to throw hands. That's when Seungmin steps in and simply cuts the piece in half so both of them can have some.

When they're done, they play a quick game of rock-paper-scissors to see who will clean up. Felix and Jeongin end up losing and start gathering the things from the table – not without groans of protest from both of them – while the rest go to sit in the living room, Hyunjin and Jisung starting a video game. The apartment is soon filled with loud screaming as they get engrossed in the game.

"And... Handsome Hyunjin takes the lead!" Hyunjin shouts victoriously when he manages to get ahead of Jisung's car.

"Not fair! You threw a shell at me!" Jisung complains, trying to catch up to the other again.

"How is that unfair? It's part of the game," Seungmin says, enjoying the show very much.

"I don't care, it's still- Aha! Blue shell!" Jisung exclaims happily when Hyunjin's car gets hit right in front of him. "Quokka is coming for your cute ass!"

Minho laughs and shakes his head, before getting up. Going to the kitchen, he looks at Jeongin.

"Need any help?" he asks.

"Why? Are you really going to help?" the younger replies with a raised eyebrow.

"Just wanted to be nice, alright?" Minho tells him, smiling.

He turns to look at Felix, who has paused putting some plates in the cabinet and instead is looking at his phone.

"Any word from Chan-hyung?" Minho asks the younger.

Felix looks at him for a second – as if he hadn't fully realized he came in the room until now – and then shakes his head. Minho sighs.

"Alright!" yells someone right behind him, making the beta jump up.

He turns to glare at him.

"Yah! Seo Changbin! You almost gave me a heart attack!" he yells.

"Oh, hyung, you're getting old, you should go see a doctor for your heart," Changbin tells him and pats his shoulder.

Minho smiles at him and then quickly tries to grab him. Changbin manages to escape him and runs to hide behind Jeongin.

"Ah! Innie protect me! This crazy old man wants to kill me!" he cries.
