Welp Im really bored and its 1 in the morning so imma write :D

I couldn't believe how much it hurt to see Santo cry. It felt like my heart was being ripped to shreds. I know I have a bad habit of trusting people to quickly but maybe this time it will not hurt me. I lifted my head to get a glimpse of his face. The tears had finally stopped but the look in his eyes was still there. I hugged him tighter, hating the look of sadness in his eyes. I couldn't stand for him to be upset,but I didn't exactly know how to comfort him.
"Santo?" I asked, my voice barely above a whisper. He looked down at me, his eyes finding mine.
"Hm?" That's the only response I could get from him after I sang.
"You wanna go somewhere? I know a place that would be perfect and it's nice and quiet-" I began to ramble soon, but only stopped when I notice a small smile begin to creep onto Santo's face.
"Yeah" he whispered "That would be nice" He grabbed my hand and we got up from the position we were in on the couch. I had him sit on the couch for a little while i found my shoes.
He smiled at me when I walked back into the room. He looked better then he had before, the only remnants of his tears were his puffy eyes, but those soon would be gone also. I grabbed his hand and we walked out the front door.
We walked down the block, talking about anything and everything, our hands still laced together. I couldnt deny the fact that this felt right, that it felt perfect. As we neared my spot, my eyes brightened. I loved coming here. It was the only place I could go to be calm after something bad happened.
I walked through the park slowely, guiding Santo to my favorite place, My tree. I know it sounds weird but it was just perfect. The tree was almost on the edge of the park but not quite, it was perched on top of a little hill and rivaled all other trees. I guess thats why i chose it as my personal favorite. There was a little seat you could say, when the rootss began to bury themselves into the ground, and Santo sat there while I sat between his legs, my head laying against his chest.
"This place is really pretty" He said, wrapping his arms around me. I scooted closer to him, letting my eyes roam the park.
"I know it is. I come here when I need to think. It's my tree" I told him looking up at his face. He looked down at me the sun playing with the color of his eyes. He looked at me with a smile on his face.
"Thanks for bringing me here. I see why you come here to think...it has some sort of calming affect" He said. I couldnt help but smile at that. That was exactly why I had brought him there. To help him get his mind off things.
The time we spent at the tree must have been only an hour or two but it felt longer. It felt perfect being there in his arms, talking about each other.
"Hey! I was a very cute superman thank you" Santo said, a cute blush creeping onto his cheeks. I tried to stop my giggles but failed as the thought of him in a little Superman costume came back. He looked at me and pouted, which only feuled my laughter.
"Oh stop it you big baby. We have to go it's getting late" I said getting up after my laugh attack had subsided, he looked sad to leave though. "I promise we'll come back" his face brightened after that. I grabbed his hand and we began to walk back to my house, joking and shoving each other the entire way.

Well hello there. The songs i listened to while writing was Diamonds by Rihanna, Little Things by One Direction and I Won't Give Up by Jason Mraz. The reason I put I wont give up as the video for this chapter is because it just fits, "Rosie" doesnt give up on trying to make him smile. When I was writing this, i really had no idea what to do with it but like I said the characters have a mind of their own. The place i described is an actual place i love to go to. Its my favorite place in the whole wide world. Welp it's pretty late so imma go to bed. Hope you enjoyed this chapter :3
