Three years had passed and you still loved itachi and itachi still loved you. Also Naruto had returned to the leaf, after spending so much time with jiraya and he got older and grew stronger. But it hurt you to see him suffer trying to bring back his friend sasuke. It hurt you so much because you knew deep down that the day were sasuke returns will never happen. Most likely itachi would stage his death like he planned, but then sasuke can't return to the leaf. because he's a criminal and then his crimes could be punishable by death depending on what he chooses to do after he 'kills itachi'. You also thought to yourself about the plan you and itachi. You were unsure of weather it would work or not, you kept on nagging itachi about weather he was 100% sure this would work. But he always gave you them same answer. 'silly y/n. Of course it would work'.
You chose to semi-trust him after a while. I mean after all he was born into the uchiha clan, and was decdened to be a prodigy the day he was born. On top of that in general itachi was really intelligent.

You sat up in bed and already smelt breakfast. Your blood ran cold, because you knew that this time next week would be the day you and itachi set your plan into action. If the plan went well you would spend the rest of your life with itachi. You would live in the cabin forever together away from the outside world, and you'd have children of your own and you would all live under the name uzumaki to protect itachi.
You got out of bed and went to the kitchen to greet itachi.
"morning ita!" - y/n

"oh. Morning sunshine"
Itachi replied with a sweet and warm smile plastered on his face. You both reached out your arms and embraced each other in a long and loving hug. You both looked into each other galactic eyes lovingly. Itachi gave you a sweet shirt kiss on the lips before you too both ate breakfast and itachi headed off to do his missions. Whilst you headed to the leaf village to secretly check up on your little brother.

You bounded through the trees and the thick wood until you came across a sign that said 'welcome to konha' in big letters. You walked through the village gates. Then you secretly spyed on Naruto through his window, it made you chuckle watching him and his shadow clones might over a pot of instant ramen. You just wished that it was you and him fighting over that pot ramen. You wished you could spend time with him. But that day was likely not going to happen. After that you dashed from building to building to get to your house. You still had the keys to your old house that you lived in with your mother and father when you were younger. No one had moved into it because on the konha records you were the owner of that house. You opened the door to the house, you walked around the halls and look on the walls. The walls were filled with many pictures of your mother and father and you. Even at the front door some of their shoes were still there. You just couldn't bring yourself to throw their stuff out. You entered the kitchen and there was one particular picture that got you crying really hard. It was a picture of you on your 9th birthday. Your mother kushina was pregnant with Naruto in that photo. Your father minato stood next to you aswell. Your heart ached look at this photo, looking at your mother's tummy just made you lose it and start crying louder.
