Are You Worth My Love?

Chapter Two

"Why are you late?" a ghost looking Stacey asked her.

"Oh my God! You scared the shit out of me, why do you look like you died and ressurected ,what is with the look and why are you standing at the door?"

" Ahh, stop asking questions okay!, I was just waiting for you". She said touching her head because she felt a  slight headache.

"Waiting for me or awaiting my death which one are you talking about, but what's up with the look?"  Alexa asked while munching on Stacey's crackers.

"Hey, hey don't eat that it's mine" she grabbed her crackers and glared at her like a cat protecting it's favorite toy.

"Fine, I won't eat it,by the way how was the party" she said staring at the crackers.

"It was terrible, I met that bitch Lora, all she knows how to do is boast like her family is soooooo rich,she can't even hold a candle to us and she always feel like a princess just because her Dad is some high end bachelor, no shame at all, such a bully".

" Why are you concerning yourself with her matters, you are so worked up when it shouldn't concern you?" Alexa said." Here, have some", she passed a drink to her side , "Yeah, should really be grateful for my drink. Stacey said shooting daggers at her.

"Your welcome" she smiled, took the crackers and ran off to her room.

"Hey, Alexa give me that, you know what never mind I'll go get another one". Alexa came down to make dinner after having her bath she was wearing a big blue t-shirt she walked the the kitchen, she prepared lunch, they both ate and laughed, told themselves about their day and then went to sleep.

It was weekend, Alexa was awake because she liked to do workouts early in the morning. It was nine O'clock when she was done with her workouts and Stacey was still sleeping like a baby.

She smiled when a thought came to her mind. She went to the kitchen ,got some ice cubes and put it in a bowl,then poured cold water in it so it was extremely cold she marched upstairs, went to Stacey's room ,walked to her bed side and poured the water on her.

"Oh my God, oh my God!" She screamed and stood up from the bed.
"Why did you pour the water on me!"
She was mad, very mad at that,she was going to get her revenge and she was sure of it, "Suprise!"  Alexa said, she was at a loss of words , she was obviously feeling bad but that was for herself because she is going to suffer worse than this, why did she always have to listen to her mind.

She didn't know what to say so she ran out of the room, "You know you can stop running, I'm going to get back at you anyways she shrugged and went to her bathroom.

"My love , can you please come and have your breakfast" Alexa yelled from downstairs.

"It won't work you know" she said while walking down the stairs,"but I prepared your favorite, look, it beats the taste of five star restaurants okay, it's exquisite "she kept on blabbing.

Stacey knew that her food was too notch but why will she praise her, 'hmph' after she poured chilling water on her, as if,  and it's not like she learnt how to cook because, no, it was for 'her dear Lucas'  she just ate her food quickly before she could change her mind.

In less than ten minutes she had cleared most of the plates. "Wait, when did you finish the food" asked  the bewildered Alexa ." When you were praising your food" she replied while wiping her mouth.

" Thank you, it was delicious" "so does that means you forgive me". She said visibly happy 'yay! I don't have to die ' she wiped her invisible tears from her cheek ."I never said I forgive you", the smile on her face faded when she heard this, " but you finished it".

"I know that darling, I'm too smart for my age",Alexa was fuming,in the next second she pounced on Stacey and started tickling her. "Please stop, I forgive you, stop" she was laughing so hard.

"Good girl", Alexa said while patting her head, Stacey's gaze almost burnt her shirt, "hey, chill I was just joking" she was laughing at her silly friend.

" What do you think we should do today?" Alexa asked, " Wait let's go to the newest night club, I heard it was amazing, celebrities come there, maybe we can see one of our idols and get some connections "Stacey was excited already, she was imagining the gown she would wear when Alexa said, "no ,we can't, clubs aren't safe, and going in the night is way more dangerous, you should think of your status, you are rich, the mayor's daughter, many people would want to own you, or do worse or even kidnap you, so no it's way too dangerous".

" Are you done?  Stop winning like a mother besides this isn't the first time so why are you so worried, and it's your first so you gotta try it out , I mean when you get married you won't be able to party and all so you should definitely try it out".

" But" Alexa tried to refuse "no buts Ally, you have to go, at least for me" Stacey said with her puppy eyes ,
" Okay, fine".

"Yayyyyyy!, let's go shopping".
