AN: Sorry for the late chapter guys, i've just been out of it for a bit
After a while she leaves my room, I sit there still contemplating what she said to me... Realizing that nothing can fix our relationship, I text Katie and ask her to bring her truck. I started packing up my stuff taking everything out of what was my room for the last 4 years of my life. I look back with a pang of sadness as I realize that this is the last time I would see this room.
After a half hour, I see Katie's car outside as we start moving my stuff into the truck. I look back and I feel a melancholy sensation take over my chest. I will miss my ma but I'm finally free to be who I am meant to be, I feel Katies hand on my shoulder as we walk away and drive to her house.
A Few Weeks Later
I finish putting in my very first application to the Taco Bell near Katie's House, as I shut the lid to the laptop I look at the time and remember that I was late for the last day of the first semester. I knock on Katie's door and yell
"Hey you ready?!!"
With no response, I open the door to see Katie still sleep. With a devilish smirk on my face I walk downstairs, grabbing a cup of water. I walk back upstairs and peek back into her room. I sneak up to her bed and dump it on her head
"OH MY GOD WHAT THE HELL D!!??"
"Hahahaha I got your ass!!!"
I almost fall to the floor laughing as I run back to my room and get dressed . I head downstairs to wait for Katie, stealing a slice of toast. Katie finally makes her way downstairs still looking mad as she looks at me and says,
"You're walking your ass to school"
"Noooooo c'mon K-dog don't be like that, it was funny!"
"Yeah tell that to my hair" She says pointing at her still damp hair
"It'll dry by the time we get to school"
"It better for your sake asshole"
We look at each other for a minute and laugh as we get in her truck and make our way to school.
