CHAPTER 8: who's in love?

THIRD PERSON

"IT took me two hours at the detention room. Like damn, it's getting dark outside yet detention time wasn't finish yet." Chloe said as they were re-filling the snacks on the snack section.

Lila stopped from what she was doing and looked at Chloe. "Wait, did I heard it right? Two hours of detention?"

"Yeah, what about that Li?"

"Does the detention time policy changed? As far as I know, detention time policy is only one hour."

"What!? But Mr. Han told me that my detention was two hours."

"That's strange. Well, maybe he's not in the mood at that time." They shrugged their thoughts and they continue working.

It was almost ten in the evening when the convinience store closed. They were on their way back home. "By the way, didn't you noticed that Yohan's been acting weirdly since in the morning?" Lila asked.

"Yeah. I noticed that too. Actually, I was about to talk to him but he just left."

"Do you guys fight? Or misunderstanding?" Li asked, thinking that the two of them fought that she didn't knew. And also, so that they could fix it soon.

"I don't remember that we fought or something. I just wanna ask him why is he avoiding me."

"Hm, maybe not in a mood too. Just talk to him tomorrow."

"Yeah, thanks a lot, Li." Chloe said and they parted ways, since they still have school tomorrow.

When Chloe left the school, Mr. Kang went to the detention room of his bestfriend. And he was right, he's there. Mr. Han was smiling while reading Chloe's answers.

Mr. Kang couldn't help himself. His jaw dropped to the floor as his eyebrows shot forward the ceiling. "Wait, am I seeing it right? You're smiling!"

"What? No I'm not." He denied, fixing the test papers.

"Oh come on, Seungwoo. I saw how your lips curled up."

"Tss. So what's wrong if I'm smiling?"

"There's nothing wrong tho. I was just surprised when i saw you smille. Like, you haven't did that since... that day." He replied. A gigantic grin spread across his face, and his eyes lit up like the sky on the 4th of july.

That day. That day was his biggest nightmare. After that, he never cracked a smile. This is the reason why Mr. Kang or Seungsik was happy, seeing his bestfriend like that.

They were walking out of the school, heading to the parking lot. Seungsik is not done teasing him. Since Seungwoo has the longest patience out of his friends, it was nothing for him.

"Uh, hey Seungsik. I... I have a question."

"Shoot."

"Are you against of that TeacherㅡStudent relationship?"

Seungsik stopped as he stared at the older. One thing he realized, Seungwoo's forming a feelings for a certain student. It was new. He's happy about the fact that the older is getting back to itself. He's starting to love again. And he's scared because of that kind of relationship if it would happen.

"That relationship doesn't approve by everyone. It was actually a bad idea."

It was a bad idea, yes. But if they trully love each other, it wasn't impossible. Love has no boundaries, they say.

"You think so?"

"Yeah. Why do you asked that, by the way?"

"Oh nothing. I just thought of it since some of them were having that kind of relationship."
