"Time for bed, your exam is tomorrow," my mom said.
I have this huge exam for math on May 16th and it's really stressing me out. I'm Nadia Baker, most call me Nads. I'm fifteen, have strawberry blonde hair and hazel eyes. Dance, writing and being surrounded by nature is what keeps me occupied, (as well as my dog Luna.) I attend Forest Lawn Highschool and although most hate school, I actually love it. I've been studying all day for my exam and I think I'm ready. I head up to my room and lay down in my bed, my mind clouded with thoughts. "What if I fail, what if I mess up." The thoughts kept coming. I took some deep breaths and eventually fell asleep.June Alan's perspective:
Hi, I'm June Alan. I'm fiteen, have caramel brown hair and brown eyes. In my free time I love to play the ukelele, do art and take photos. I attend Forest Lawn Highschool and I tend to be quite shy. Tomorrow is my social studies exam, it's stressing me out big time. My head is going to explode, I figure it's time to go to bed. I lay down in my bed hoping tomorrow will be okay, then I fall asleep.Nadia:
Today's the day of my big exam, luckily I have my bestfriend June by my side.
Time went a little too fast to seem real but within seconds I was done my exam. It was a little strange.
It was finally the weekend and I walked over to June's house to hangout. I got on my bike and we biked to our local park and had a picnic together.
"This is sure fun isn't it," June said.
"Every moment with you is fun," I replied.
"So what kind of food did you bring, Nads!"
"I got chips, drinks and fruit, our favourites."
"Perfect!"
June has always been my number one person, my bestfriend and biggest supporter. We've been through thick and thin together and I couldn't imagine someone better. We both have a raging passion for adventures and we've gone everywhere.
"The sun is out and the birds are tweeting, today will be amazing," I smiled.
"You're sure right," June smiled back.June:
"I love weekends," I said.
"Me too," Nads replied.
Nadia is my whole world and she's my bestfriend. We've grown up together and know so much about each other. We've never gotten in any fights, our friendship is everything I've always wanted.
We continue to eat our snacks and admire the view as we listen to the sound of nature. The wind is blowing in my hair and I can hear the bees buzzing.
*2 hours later*
Nads and I are going back to my house.Nadia:
"That was beyond fun!"
"I agree," said June.
Me and June hangout as much as we can, usually every weekend.
Time once again went too fast to seem real and before I knew it, the weekend came again. Another weekend, another adventure! This time June came to my house. We decided to go on a hike near our local lake. The views there are gorgeous and it's amazing for photos. Both of us are nature nerds and love taking photos of basically everything we come across.
"Do you have everything ready and packed?"
"Yes, I'm all set," beamed June.
"Get your bags in the car girls," my mom said.
"Let's do this thing!" I laughed.
"Woah," I think to myself as we approached the lake. Each time we come here it gets better and better. My mom dropped us off and we made our way up the hill.June:
"I can't believe I used to be afraid of heights."
"Yup, you definitely got over that fear," Nadia said.
My favourite part about hikes are identifying all the different flowers. This trail has so many types such as roses, tulips and even sunflowers. Me and Nads have been coming here since we were 8, we've been at least 25 times. For some reason both of us don't ever get bored of it, most likely because we discover new things each time.
"Omg look look at this view, Nads!"
"Wow.. photo time!"

"Another one for my memory book," Nadia smiled.Nadia:
Me and June continued our way along the trail, admiring every bit of it. The lake was glistening blue and the sun was bright. I could smell the fresh air and the trees. Hiking has always been something I've enjoyed, it makes me so happy. Our hike this time seemed very different from the rest. It's almost as if something had been changed, maybe I'm just loosing it.
"We've almost made it to the top!" I said.
"Wow, we're so close," June replied.
People waved and said hi to us as they passed by with their dogs barking. I picked a small flower from the ground, it's my thing. Each time we come here I pick a flower to bring home with me. Me and June continued to walk and take photos along the way. It was now around 3:00pm and I called my mom to pick us up.
