"You had one simple job Y/N! You can't do one thing right." He slammed his heavy hands on his desk shaking the floors and knocking down books and papers. "You can't blame me for this! You gave me a task that was completely new to what I'm used to. Not every day I'm told to kill a man!" I threw my hands up in anger. "You don't understand how important this is to me do you?" He spoke with irritation in this tone. "I promise I will kill him next time." I insisted trying to end this argument. I didn't have time for his short fuse at the moment. I walked off to my big willow tree to try to relieve my stress. It was the only place I could actually relax. Even as a kid if my mother and father were ever in a fight, my brother took my sister and I to the willow tree to get us out of the room if it ever got really bad. I sat down in between the large roots that grew out and in the ground. I lean my head back in frustration. "I herd the argument between you and your father." A soft voice spoke. I jumped and turned around. "Oh god! You scared me Cedric.." I laugh it off with a soft chuckle. "I came here to visit you. Your mother let me in and I passed the halls and heard you arguing. I came here and waited for you knowing you would come here." He smiled.

"I have to kill him Cedric.."

"I know. If I were you, I would just get it over with and move on. He's a bad guy that you don't want to be around to long. The Riddle's are like poison. They slowly kill you without you knowing."

I look into his sun eyes. He grabs my hand and brings it up his lips and kisses the back of my hand. "Just promise me you'll be safe, okay?" I nod and smile as I retrieve my hand. He walks off with a friendly wave.

As I walk back inside I hear my sister approach me.

"Ooooooo! I saw everything. Spill. Now."

"You nosy!" I turn around and put my hands on my hips and give her a half laugh.

"What! It's a perfect view of the willow tree from the lounge. You can't blame me, it was like the universe was telling me to go and look."  I slouch down on a leather couch and pick up a book. I slightly look over the brim of the old dusty book to see my sister eyeing me. I lower my book to reveal my full face. "Can I help you?"

"Can you take me to the boutique please!"

"Catherine.." I sigh throwing my hand with the book down to my lap.

"Please! I already asked mother and she said that I could go only if you accompanied me."

"Fine. Go get the carriage ready." She quickly leaped up in joy and went running down the halls.

We reached the boutique in a short amount of time. Catherine ran out of the carriage in eagerness. I as I walk in, my shoulder clashes with another. "Hey! Watch where you are going!" A low pitch voice commented. I turned and I saw a dark figure. He had dark rich skin and beautiful eyes. He smelled like wood, wildflowers, and fire. I recognized him for the dinner with the riddles. "You were at the dinner weren't you?"

"I'm not sure, was I?" he replied with a wide eye and a slight smile. He walked away in hand with a girl that had black short hair.

"Who was that?" Catherine asked. "Oh, no one. Quickly pick what you would like. Mother gave me only a small bag for payment."

She went off to pick out her clothes. I wandered off to a section filled with dark colored dresses. I slide my index finger along the edges of each piece of clothing as I walk by scanning each dress. I notice a circular widow above a rack of clothes. The glass was stained a dark purple. I attempted to look out of it and see two similar boys in black suits in an alley talking. I stare for a while trying to view their faces. They suddenly turn towards me and I quickly duck down in between the clothes. I slightly look back up checking if the coast was clear. They were gone. I sigh and swiftly get out of the clothing rack and act as if nothing has happened. I walk over to Catherine with a huge amount of clothes in her hand.

"I hope you are not planing on buying all of those."

We finally get home after a long day. My eyes are barely staying open. I slump up the stairs to my room and fall on the bed. I don't even bother to take my hair down. I can barely put my night gown, but I manage. I lay in bed and just stare at the ceiling. I just think. Think about my next move. Think about him. It's weird how invasive he is when it comes to my mind and I don't like it. I don't like it at all. My dreams lately have been filled with his face. I slowly start to clear my mind to eventually fall asleep. I start to drift off.
