Gabrielle's POV
What did I get myself into I knew I couldn't commit to a relationship. He seem so nice but I don't want to hurt his feelings. So our first date today is at Olive Garden this would probably be my first time going there. So I walked into my house to see my mom and dad drunk. They are one of the reasons I don't really know how to love cause they never loved me.
"Hey Gabbi."My dad slurred he said kissing me on the lips."Dad just stop you guys need help.
"I said yelling as I pushed him off of me.
"We need help you need help you fuck guys almost every week."Mom said yelling as I cried.
"Don't cry now cause no one will ever love you are a piece of shit."
"Oh who is this?"She said shoving a picture of Harry and me in my face.
"H-he is my friend. "I said crying.
"You are so lying he is your fuck buddie."She said yelling at me.
"No he isn't."I yelled defending him as I feel a sharp pain in my cheek. That was the first time she ever hit me.Ever since my brother Alex, died they acted like this ever since.
Flashback 2 years earlier
It was Saturday night and my brother and I were just sitting on the couch while I parents were out. "So Gabrielle what do you want to do today?"He asked. "I don't know maybe we can watch a movie."I said picking out some movies."Let's watch The Hangover."He said sliding in the disc in the dvd player. 50 minutes into the movie we both fell asleep on the couch. Suddenly I heard glass shattering in the kitchen."Alex wake up."I whispered shaking him."What's wrong?"He asked confused. "Someone is in the house."I said as quietly as possible. We both hear footsteps coming closer."Go upstairs, go to your bedroom, lock the door, and call the police."He said as I followed his instructions.I ran upstairs as fast as I could and locked the door. I called the police,"Hello whats your emergency? "The person said calmy."Someone is in my house and my brother downstairs with person."I said."What is your address? "She said."3245 Pristine Lane."I said."Okay the police will be there in a few minutes."She said as I disconnected the call. I peeked out my door and don't really see anything but I hear gunshots being fired and I pray to god that is not my brother.The the person sees me and shot a bullet at me but failed.Until the police comes in and tackled the person. I ran downstairs and saw my brother with a bullet in his stomach."Alex."I said holding his hand."Gabrielle I love no matter what and mom and dad are always going to be there for you alot of people care about you remember that."He said as he closes his eyes."Help someone help him!"I said sobbing and yelling.The paramedics came and picked him up into the the ambulance car and tried to save him and just like that he was gone."I'm sorry miss but he's dead."He said . As I cried and saw my parents "What happen?"My mom said worried. "Alex is dead."I said crying. "How did this happen? "My dad said. "He told me to go upstairs while downstairs with the person and he got shot."This is all your fault."Mom said."How is this my fault."I said."Why couldn't you be the one that got shot ?He was the good one in the family."She said."We lost our only good child."Dad said holding my mom.
End of Flashback
I have had enough I couldn't go on this date not like this. I texted Harry telling him I can't make it. I walked out of the house the night was really cold and I didn't have a jacket. I walked to the lake and I wanted to end my life but I couldn't. I remembered what my brother said,"Alot of people care about you."He quoted.
"Gabrielle stop!"Someone said.I turned around and saw Harry.
"Don't do this people care about you like your parents."He said not knowing my parents are horrible.
"My parents hate me."I said quietly.
"No they don't."He said walking to me.
"How do you know my parents blame me for the death of my brother and they still don't give a shit about me."I said crying.
"Gabrielle come here."I said hugging him.
"Shhh its okay."Harry said stroking my hair.
"Harry I don't have anywhere to stay I just don't want to stay there."I said quietly.
"You can stay at my house and how old are you?"He said walking me to the car.
"Eighteen."I said. He nodded he gave me his jacket.
"Thank you."I said giving him a kiss.
"I'm sorry I cancelled the date."I spoke.
"Its okay we can have a date at the hotel."He said smiling.
"So what is your faviorte thing to do?"He asked pulling into a driveway.
"I like watching movies and I like dancing."I said as I got out of the car.
"So Harry what brought you to California.?"I said as we got to a hotel.
"I had a concert here last night and now we have to go to Florida then back to the UK.
"Oh okay."I said out of sadness. "Gabrielle don't get sad you can go on tour with me."He said serious.
"I don't know if I could go."I said looking outside of the window.
"Please Gabrielle."He said grabbing my hands.
"Okay I'll go for you."I said seeing the movies that were placed on the bed.
"Harry what ar- who is this?"Louis said barging in the room.
"I'm Gabrielle. "She said with a smile.
"I'm Louis."He said.
"Nevermind what I said I'll leave you guys alone."He said smirking stepping out of the room.
"So what do you want to watch?"I said looking at love movies and scary movies.
"Lets watch a scary movie then watch a love movie."He said giving me a kiss on the cheek.
"Lets watch The Conjuring. "He said putting some popcorn in the microwave.
"If you get scared I'll be here to protect you."He said smiling. As we both got into the movie his arm wrapped around my waist making me feel safe.
"Oh my gosh."I yelled I grabbed onto him tightly.
"Not so loud."He said shhing me as we both kissed each other. His lips were so soft as I got on top of him.
"You are so beautiful. "He said in between kisses. I tugged his hair making him moan as he gave me a love bite.
"That was one of the best kiss I ever had."I said getting off of him.
"I know."He said smacking my butt lightly.
"I have to get some fresh air be right back."I said walking out of the room. Walking outside I see a man in a black hoodie.
"Miss me sweetie."He said coming closer. He took off the hoodie and saw my dad.
"What the hell are you doing here?"I said yelling at him.
"The same reason you are in here whats that on your neck a hickey."He said.
"Why did you come?"I said covering it up."I just want us to be a family again."He said.
"We can't you guys put me through to much. "I said crying.
"We're sorry."He said kind of sincere not really.
"Where is mom?"I said.
"She is in the car she couldn't face you yet."He said.
"Family meeting tomorrow at 4:30 don't be late."He said walking off without another word. I guess I have a family meeting tomorrow.
