"Does it hurt terribly, Draco?" A short haired girl asked while touching Draco's scarred arm, Draco would have answered by now if he did hear what she said but as usual he was staring at Potter. Out of all the people he liked, he had to like Potter.

Draco scoffed at the thought.

He noticed Potter leave the great hall, just like his usual self, of course he had to follow. He stood up and left without bothering to respond to Pansy's questions.

--------

Harry left the hall, he felt like he wasn't in the mood to listen to his housemates talking nonstop about "The Grim" he found it extremely irritating and bothering, but he's housemates was clearly insensitive and oblivious as to understanding what he feels. I mean he wasn't expecting much, he was just happy that he was home again.

But, that wasn't the only reason he left, he also seemed to notice a certain blond staring at him, he was scared that someone would notice the blush creeping his face, which was one of the reasons to why he left. He had liked the blond for a year and a half but of course he never bothered thinking about it, Ron and Hermione were the only people who knew, they were both supportive either way. Harry thought about confessing once but then he has come to realize It was out of the question. They were enemies and he knew that Draco would never feel the same way, ever.

He sighed at the thought and chuckled sadly. He was snapped back to reality when he heard a voice that was very familiar to him.

"What's wrong, Potter, your 'friends' not worshipping you enough? Surprises me how the dementor's haven't got to you yet. Why can't they just finish there work? Being parentless must be that tough." Draco paused, chuckling evilly. "Is it that your muggle family doesn't preach you? Or mayb-". Malfoy couldn't finish the awful words as Harry cut him off.

"Just leave me alone, Malfoy, p-please for once i actually want to be alone" Harry was in the verge of having a panic attack, that was the last thing he wanted, a person that hates him deeply, especially Malfoy, seeing him have a panic attack. Before Draco could respond, he bolted out until he reached the astronomy tower.

He just wants to be alone, but of course he can't get that too, he just wants a year without dying or atleast a year when someone would understand how he feels, just someone who would be there for him and understand him. Someone who would see him as him and not 'the boy who lived' but just him. Is it too much to ask?

Then it happened, he let the tears out, never would he thought he would cry because of something so small, but he also didn't know that, that was the proof that he was broken, that was the proof that he really needed someone to be there, for him.

---------

Draco was in the library with Pansy and Blaise, pacing back and forth thinking, why can't he do anything right or, why can't he just say anything nice for once. Guilt keep hitting him, Potter was clearly going through something, but of course he made it worse than it already was.

Blaise coughed to get Draco's attention. It worked perfectly. He looked at them annoyed and confused.

"We were thinking that maybe you should try being nice to Potter, i mean you've liked him for two years, wouldn't be too hard being nice, right?" Blaise nodded and agreed with Pansy, both of them trying to encourage him, while Draco, well Draco being the dramatic bitch he is, looked at them like they offended him.

"Me? Nice to Potter, he'll just think something's up, or he'll think im poisoning him or whatever. Hell, for all i know that won't work" Again Draco sighed dramatically.

"Just try it, you don't have to talk to him, just be you know, less of a git" Blaise explained while Pansy was agreeing while eating a sandwich.

Draco sighed and looked at them, they looked at him, waiting for him to accept the challenge, which Draco finds as hard as killing Voldemort.
