Kuroko is surprised to see Kise after 2 years.
Flashback
Both Kise and Kuroko attend school in Teiko Middle school, they are also in the Group of Generation of Miracles.

"Kurokochii can you help me?"
And:
"Kurokochii I've made this for you-ssu"

"Kurokochii you're the best!!!!!"

"Kurokochii is so cute.."
And this:
"Kurokochii I like you, will you allow me to take you to a date?" With all of the blabbering of Kise, this one look so serious with Kise blushing and whining like a puppy and so close from tearing up. Kuroko lend a handkerchief to Kise.
"Please wipe your tears and sweat first, I don't want to go to a date with a crybaby, but I will if it's you" Kuroko said after a day of Kise's confession. Kise hearing this quickly tackle Kuroko into a hug and start to cry which earn an eye roll from Kuroko. Kuroko and Kise start to go to dates and Kise proving to Kuroko that He is a gentleman that will Treasure him, Which makes Kuroko fall in Love faster that also makes Kuroko confuse on what Kise was doing to him. After a month of Courting Kuroko answer Kise yes, which makes Kise so happy that he feels on cloud nine. They always go to Kuroko's house to watch a movie and cuddle, sometimes Kise will sleep on Kuroko's house, Kise become more clingy but Kuroko love him for that. Their relationship and their feelings for each other grow deeper and deeper without them realizing that They have Graduated from Middle school.
"Kurokochii, transfer with me at Kaijo, please?"
"But I want to attend school at Seirin"
That's when their argument started with Kise convincing Kuroko to transfer to Kaijo, but Kuroko refuse, finally Kise stop and they both move one from that topic. Kuroko sometimes visit Kaijo to see Kise practicing, Sometime it will be Kise, The Kaijo and Seiring members already knew their relationship and admire it, even Kasamatsu starts letting Kise go on dates with Kuroko, with a reminder:
"I don't care if you're one of the kouhais but I will hurt you if I see Kuroko cry because of you"
Their relationship was going smoothly when It started to be bumpy and rough. Kuroko has a busy schedule with their practice, and Kise was a model and basketball player at the same time, Kuroko always notify Kise with what He is doing but he doesn't care if Kise reply or do that too.
Kise starts to be cold and always ignore Kuroko's message, they always have a fight how Kuroko was so clingy and annoying, which Breaks Kuroko's heart. Kasamatsu starts to scold Kise for saying that but being the Arrogant bastard Kise is, he just ignore it.
Day by day, a month or two their relationship grow cold, but Kuroko never give up with relationship, visiting Kise only to be pushed away by Kise, even preparing lunch for him but Kise just throw it. Kuroko having enough with Kise visit Kise's condo only to be surprised.
Kise is with his fellow members, drinking, with a girl sitting on his lap and them making out.
"R-ryouta-kun?" Kuroko said with tears falling from his sky-liked eyes, Kise rolled his eyes and drag Kuroko out of his condo.
"What are you doing here?"
"I- I just want to make sure, you're okay, you've been busy, that I'm worried if you're taking care of yourself"
