Part 4 - First Day!

Kei POV

Eh? Being treated to a movie and eating at a restaurant is also part of my job? Are you kidding me? This is awesome. but , wait.....

"About the office hours..??" I asked him again.

"Well.. let see.. You have to be at the office from 9am until 5pm only but you have to be available whenever I call you." he said to me after he thought a bit. I never heard that! Is it true? If it's true, being secretary sucks! I have to work 24/7?

"H-how about my pay?" I asked again. I shouldn't ask this but I can't help it. I need money after all. We take out his phone and start typing. I just keep silent watching him. Then he showed me his phone screen.

I drop my jaws. I saw a really huge amount of money and I'm not gonna say it loud. It is many times more than my old job. I blink my eyes several times,

"Are you serious?" I asked him again.

"Is it not enough?" he pulled back his phone. I shake my head fast,

"No.. no.. this- this is too much.." I said honestly. He laughed at me before he looked at my face and smirke.

"You are so funny. I never heard someone said like that."

I just look down. I still can't believe this, I mean.... Who can believe this?? I was in a struggle to find a job and couldn't find anything for months and now I get an offer in a big company and paid so high with such a kind boss? I am still deep in my thoughts when the waitress comes and brings the food that we ordered.

"Start eating before the food is cold." he said to me again. We start eating silently because I really don't know what to talk about.

Yuya POV

We finish our food and he keeps looking down with a confused face. I have to find something to talk about to gain his attention. So I start randomly asking about his personal information. Just like an interview, his age, where he worked before, asking about his family and other stuff. Well, I'm glad I could know him better. I sent him home and told him not to be late on his first day. Of course I have to act like a Boss.

After I arrived at my house, I thought about another idea again. I take out my phone and call Arioka Daiki, one of my employees who is in charge of everything related to the company interior.

"Arioka.."

Daiki POV

"Yes, Takaki-san?" I asked him. Why did he call me on Sunday?!

"You need to change the secretary area, bring the desk and everything inside my room." He ordered me. Eh? Am I not misheard? Takaki Yuya is such an evil-boss that he wouldn't want to share a room with his employee, even the secretary. A secretary before always shares the same room with other employees but sits at the nearest desk to his room. What is wrong with him?

"You mean you will share the same room with the new secretary, sir?" I asked again to make sure I'm not wrong.

"Yes. he will sit on the right side of the door. Finish everything before tomorrow morning." Boss said, then he hung up before I answered him.

BEFORE TOMORROW? Are you kidding me?! I gotta go now. Ahh I hate this, why is it so sudden! Sunday is my resting day. And suddenly I have an extra job?! Gotta finish it fast so I can go back to my me-time at home!

Wait..... Did Takaki-san say "HE"?? The secretary is male??

Yuri POV

"ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!" I shouted on the phone. Kei just got back after he went out with that CEO and he called me, telling me everything. Is it really well paid there? should I quit my job and move there instead. But it is so strange, is that man really trusted? Because I don't trust him. I hope Kei is fine working there.
