Ava Adams

Today's the day! I don't know why I'm excited about this, I think I'm just curious to get to know Ace. He's practically a mystery, no one knows anything about him.

I remember reading once that after his mother died he didn't speak to anyone at all. That's when he moved to America from Italy.

I put on my best clothes, which was a pair of distressed jeans and a white over-sized hoodie. I put on my only shoes, a very old pair of white air forces, and made my way down the stairs, dragging my bags with me. I was getting picked up in 15 minutes.

My dad has already received the money so we could just run off, change our identity's and live a whole knew life but we wouldn't want him getting killed would we.

I heard a loud knock on the door whilst I said my goodbye to my dad. I gave him a kiss on the cheek but I could just smell the alcohol in his breath so I quickly pulled a way. I gathered my things and took a deep breath before opening the door.

There stood a man. He was tall with brown hair, he had a simple black and white tux on and he was presented perfectly.

"I am your driver today Miss Adams" he stated. He picked up my things and placed them in the boot of the all black Range Rover. I followed behind him and before I could open the door he did it for me. I hopped in and the man closed the door. The car was beautiful it was jet black with the back windows tinted and all leather inside.

The driver started the car and there we was, driving to my new home. The man must of seen me playing with my hands and my head down because he spoke up "I'm Jack. There's nothing to be afraid of, I'm Ace's best friend and he's a softie at heart, he won't hurt you." "Um thanks I guess" I quietly replied.

The drive there was silent. I was to nervous to talk and I just think Jack was respecting that.

Jack was tall, with olive skin, brown hair and hazel eyes. He had tattoos on his hand, I think they go up his arm but i couldn't tell. His muscles bulged out of his suit, you could tell he worked out. Jack had a silver Rolex on his left wrist and a collection of silver rings on both of his veiny hands. He was very good looking. But he didn't seem like an ordinary driver.

He must've seen me admiring him because a small smirk appeared on his face. I quickly looked down, I could feel my cheeks going rosy so I covered my face with my hair.

Like one or two hours later i could feel the car coming to a stop. When I looked up I seen a gigantic white mansion with black gates surrounding it. Guards standing near every entrance. Jack placed his hand on a machine and the gates started opening. I had nervous butterflies in my stomach.

We arrived at the door with Jack carrying my bags. I knocked on the door. Here we go..
