"Your brother told me that you don't have to wait for him after school. So bruh, you're free for today and let's go at the alley-"

"Why?" His friends can read the sudden disappointment on his face but Riki quickly put his poker face to make the other boys stiffened slightly "HoHo...I don't know, don't look me like I hurt your brother...I'm just being a messenger here-"

"Oh right....also I saw him with a new boy!"

"No..he's not a new boy, the tall guy sitting beside Sunoo hyung is the senior and If i could remember- he's one of the popular volleyball player in our school"

"The fuc- you mean TXTeam? Are they really flirting with Riki's brother?"

"If my doubting is right...Yes, I saw heart eyes definitely looking at Sunoo hyung!"

"That's a fume! Riki, your brother seems to have some-" one of his friend stop in a midway, the boys nudged and signalling each others to shut up their mouths by themselves. Talking too much again and Riki will bomb the whole school.

His face clearly shown that he wasn't really glad at hearing about someone hitting his brother in romantic ways and it's hard for him to accept that news. Whatever, Riki choose to go with his gang rather than being in the home with his drunken father and hearing the same arguments of his parents for over and over again.

The bad boys gang finally approach the alleyway to do whatever they like, mostly to smoke but Riki refused it most of the time because he's head always replay the day when Sunoo was mad at him for smoking at a young age.

Sunoo ignored him for 24 hours and Riki doesn't want that to happen again but for some reason, he want to do the bad things because he felt hurt just by thinking Sunoo chose to went home with the senior instead of him "Chill bro- Sunoo hyung is your brother. Why don't you just be happy for him since he got a handsome popular boy in our school? He's lucky!"

Yeah...and I don't know why I felt hurt-

The group decided to go home since the dark clouds envelope the sky, seems like it's about to be raining. Riki walk alone on the street since he's friends house were in different directions but he still feel like someone is following him. Eyeing his back and other surroundings many times but he couldn't find any sign of others since the tears of rain begin to drop

Riki run inside the house with his wet uniform and how unlucky he is.....his drunken father was there glaring at him at the time he step inside, also, unfortunately the man look like he want to throw a fist on the young boy's face.

"What a disrEspecTful boy huh? How dare You step inside this hoUse and wet the flOor?"

"I- I'll dry the floor!" The woman come out from the kitchen as quick as possible, trying to save Riki but her husband push her on the ground "This is aLl your fault mY lady....and You!" The man point at Riki with his trembling finger

"GET OUT FROM MY HOUSE!"

"P-Please don't do this, it's r-raining on the outside- He's going to s-sick!"

"I dOn't caRee~..NOW! GET OUT YOU BRAT!!"

Riki once again stared at his mother with worry face, he feel sorry for this woman to went through all of this because of him and without hesitation...the young boy ran out from the house in the middle of heavy rains endlessly pouring at him...d-dunoo hyung...where are y-you

Sunoo wake up from the shouts of his father, he must has been falling asleep while waiting for his brother. Sunoo run down on the stairs to approach them but only he saw was his father scolding and yelling at his mother, also, there's a wet bag pack on the floor- Riki?

"WhEre dO you tHink YouR goIng?¿ Hey- Hey...Go Up staiRs~"

Sunoo glared at his father who's gesturing him to go back to his room but his son doesn't seem to care and run out from the house to search for Riki, luckily he didn't forget to bring the umbrella

"RIKI? WHERE ARE YOU?!!"

Riki catch a cold easily..what should I do now- Sunoo felt like crying at this moment and the the whole world seems like it's darkening because of the clouds and heavy rains. The boy walk alone, he don't want to get back on the house without his brother.

Safely, Riki is on the bus stand, under the small rooftop and sleeping? Sunoo quickly head towards his brother and calling for his name many times but the younger just look at the older in tired expression

"H-hyung..haha y-you're here"

"Oh MY God you're catching a cold- seriously? Let's go home!"

"I d-don't wanna g-go back there heh...go h-home by y-yourself"

"Please, you're sick, I need to take care of you...let's go home for this time, we can't stay here-" Sunoo ignored whatever Riki was saying and dragged the boy back to the house since the boy need. Their mother is clever enough to distract their father when Sunoo help Riki get back on their shared bedroom

The drunk man see what's going on, so he walk up on the stairs with his shaky legs and almost stumbling down, following the two teenagers up on the room. The man shout out to stop them but Sunoo ignored and lay Riki's on the bed.

"KIM SUNOO! YOu'Re mY SOn- HOW DARE YOU-"

Sunoo push his father out from their bedroom and close the door infront of the man's face, cutting off whatever he's trying to say but the man didn't stop and talk shit about Riki several times. Sunoo can't hold his tears and cry while listening to the words, he's so done with this..

Riki on the other hand, laying on the bed and heard everything but he can't move his body because he's literally freesing and exhausted on the inside and outside, he doesn't have anymore energy to even move and to even comfort his crying brother

Sunoo dry his tears as his father already went down and leaving them alone for now. The boy approach his younger brother and change all their wet clothes into more warmer clothes while staring at his brother "Riki...you're so cold! Oh my- what should I do now¿"

Sunoo take his blankets to make the younger getting more warmer than before. Meanwhile Riki, still having a little strength to pull Sunoo to his bed to lay down beside him "it's c-cold...I need hugs"

Sunoo slowly nod his head and slip inside under the blankets to hug his brother, listening to the soft heartbeat by laying his head on the younger's chest. Sunoo tighten his grip and getting more closer to him while Riki embrace the older to feel the warmth

You deserve better life than this...Riki, what should we do now- how can I help you? I'm so useless!
