Chapter 5: Braces

In this chapter I'm going to talk about brace for the people that have or are going to have braces.

1. if you have braces and they start to hurt grab a bottle and fill it with ice and water. Next wait a couple of minutes then leave the water in the spot that hurt for a couple of seconds. repeat this couple of times and it should go away.

2. if going to get braces then be prepared for the couple of days that the pain will last. when you get the the orthodontic it going to take a while to fully be put on. when they put it on it should feel weird and then in a couple of minutes it should hurt but not to much.

3.if the water doesn't help try fruit.

4. if that doesn't help use ice cream or take pain killers
