A very very bad day..

luigi's POV

I was going home from work, it was a rough day barely anyone picked me to play and even if they did they would lose the round. my losing streak was so long that the game lost count, not to mention how embarrassing it was. i felt like a joke especially compared to my brother. ugh i just couldn't wait to go home sadly it started to rain "just my luck.." i said to the wind as i pressed onward. i really can't wait to go home this evening me and daisy are going to the park my favorite place in the whole mushroom kingdom and stop by a nearby cafe it was going to be amazing.

as i finally make it to my house i looked in my pockets for my keys but i couldn't find them "damnit mario must have them" i sigh as i went around the back of my tiny home so i can crawled in by the window only to find the place trashed, "mario.." i grumbled walking pass the mess to my room glad to see it still clean. i scanned the room as i had a few potted plants "the one on my desk is fine. dresser pot is in perfect shape what a beautiful shade of green- oh the one on my window sill could use a water and..?" i paused as i looked next to my bed do see something shiny poking out.

i bend down and pulled a coin "oh no..." i grabbed a big box which was unlocked, i opened it and counted it only had 500 coins "he took 2500 coins?!" i gasped, growling i put the box back under my bed and grabbed a water bottle " ugh i'll talk to him later " i told myself as i watered my plants and went back to the living room "well might as well clean up i do have a few hours" i walked over to the kitchen and took a few cleaning supplies.

tying a bandana around my head and rolling up my sleeves as i get to work and boy was it work i, first cleaned the kitchen and did the dishes and cleaned out the fridge the i went to the living room vacroomed, dusted, and fluffed the cushions and continued to dust around the house then i did some laundry. lastly was mario's room... it was a dump! i quickly cleaned up for him and left.

dropping on the sofa i sighed deeply my hands were red and a bit bruised and i was exhausted "this is what it must feel like to be a housewife" i chuckled to myself. grabbing the remote to hopefully relax a bit but mario came bursting through the door with a smirk on his face "guess who got a trophy!" he said in excitement "great put it with the others" i said with a flat tone "hey what's up with you? aren't you happy for me?" he asked i rolled my eyes as i checked the time again, as i looked at him again his smirk was gone and was replaced with a pissed off look "why were you in my room" he asked angrily. pinching my ear " OW! NOTHING I WAS CLEANING" i whelped "UGH how many times have i told you NOT to go in my room!" he snarled rubbing my ear i replied " as many times as i told you not to go in mine and "BORROW" my money!" "whatcha mean? i didn't go in there" he said...i looked him dead in the eye "5000" i said with my flat tone returning "what?" he said in confusion " this morning i had 5000 coins in my money box i took 2000 with me to upgrade/repair my go kart" "meaning?" he asked with an eyebrow raised "meaning there should be 3000 left but there was only 500." i said with a look your mother would give to tell you that you're f*cked " shi- look luigi you know how peach likes new stuff and going to nice places" he explained " ugh of course.." i deeply sighed "you know what forget it i need to go meet up with daisy" "good luck!" he waved me goodbye...wonder why i need luck.

(10 minutes later)

i arrived to daisy's castle and gently knocked on her door "daisy are you ready?" i shouted to her hoping she heard "ONE MOMENT!" she shouted back not a second went by before she came out in a beautiful yellow skirt and cute top "you look great" i complimented her "thanks.." she said quite depressingly. something was bothering her but i didn't mind, maybe something happened to her kingdom. i know being a princess can't be easy i would always offer to help [being her boyfriend and all] but she never lets me "so ready to go? " i asked " yeah" she answered walking to my car. we headed to the park for a walk and it was nice...even though she was avoiding talking to me i didn't mind could be a tough day soon we made it to a cafe entering a waiter lead us to our table and i help daisy sit on her chair before i do "this is a nice place" i said "yeah it's cute" she replied looking out the window " so got anything on you're mind to eat?" i asked looking at my menu myself "luigi" " how about the spaghetti?" i suggested " luigi" "or maybe the subs" i added "luigi!" " oh maybe the pizz-" "LUIGI!" daisy called quite loudly "yea dai-" "im breaking up with you" she cutted me of again "wha?" the only word i could say "luigi you're nice but you're a big ol loser and im afraid my duties are becoming neglected because of this relationship and... you are just not the man i need in my life.." she explained while i was still trying to process she got up and leave but not before telling me "i hope you find someone on day" as i watched her leave i felt tears well up in my eyes

today was a very bad day.
