One Hell of a First Day

Y/N's face was drenched in sweat.

Or so he thought.

He opens his eyes to see Six drooling over him.

He wipes his face and looks back at her.

"Six."

"Hm."

"Why are in my room?"

"Maria told me to wake you up."

Y/N picks up Six and puts her on the ground.

He then gets up out of bed and stretches.

"Thanks for waking me up.", he said while smiling.

Six nodded.

Y/N made his way downstairs to see Maria blankly staring at a wall.

"Uh, earth to Maria?"

"Huh, O-Oh good morning Y/N.", she said with a monotone voice.

Maria was a fairly above average in terms of height. She had white hair the rested just above her shoulders. Her skin was a tinted brown and she had lips as red as blood.

Maria was never one to show her emotions.

Y/N has known Maria since child birth. In a sense he acted like her older brother.

Maria's entire family was killed off from a serial killer.

Her entire mindset completely changed after that incident.

She didn't really have much of a reason to live till she met Y/N.

His parents took her in once Y/N told them her situation.

Y/N was her comfort and her rock. He never yelled at her or belittled her.

"Y/N~! I'm hungry!", said Six.

And then there was Six.

Due to unforeseen circumstances Y/N had to take care of her.

His parents were never home and had adopted a kid while they were overseas working.

One day Six showed up at the front door.

Y/N didn't mind it though. It was a privilege to take care of Six.

She was only a year younger than him anyways.

(For context Y/N is 16, Maria is 16)

"You're always hungry. Don't worry I'll get started on breakfast."

Six was jumping up and down like a child.

"Six if you break something I'll tell Y/N to give you no more allowance.", Maria said in a serious tone.

Six immediately stopped jumping and started to apologize profusely with Maria turning her head the other way.

Y/N smiled.

He was genuinely happy.

After making breakfast he went back up stairs to change his clothes.

Once he came back down he saw Six sitting upside down on a chair.

"Come on Six we gotta go to school."

"I don't wanna..."

"Don't start this Six. We do this everyday.", Y/N said while sighing.

Maria came into view and cracked her knuckles.

Six jumped up and ran outside.

Y/N put his hand in face in annoyance.
