The man in the pig mask and bear ears hat carried Charlotte's tiny plump body and waved his hand over her tiny body so she wouldn't look like a doll and even though she was a normal human now, her features didn't change much. She giggled and smiled at the man and her little hands touch his mask. He gently pets the child's head and put her in the basket and knocked on the door. He vanished into the night and Charlotte began to cry. A woman opened the door and saw the small child. "Oh you poor thing!" The woman grabbed the basket and looked around but saw no one. She took the baby inside and set the baby in her room. The woman picked up the small child and saw how small she was.
The baby stopped crying when she saw the woman. Charlotte began to smile and reached for the woman's red glasses. "What's your name little one... Do you got one?" She looked at the basket. Inside was a blanket animal. The blanket animal was a bunny with the name 'Charlotte' embroidered onto it. "Charlotte's your name huh?" The small girl just smiled and showed her cute pink gums. "My goodness you're precious..." She said as she handed the blanket animal to Charlotte, which she gladly took and cuddled. "Well, let's introduce you tomorrow to the other children. How does that sound?" Charlotte's only response was her pink gum smile.
The next morning, the lady of the orphanage stood at the dining room entrance and clapped her hands. "Children, may I have your attention please?"
"Yes Ms. Stone?" The children said in unison.
"We have a new addition to our orphanage, I would like you all to meet... Charlotte." One of the nursery nannies came out and held Charlotte. Charlotte had a cute tiny blue dress and was nibbling away on her tiny fist. All the boys and girls were excited because it had been months since they had a baby in the orphanage.
"She's so cute!" One of the girls exclaimed.
"Wow look at her different colored eyes! So cool!" A boy said as he looked at Charlotte.
"Now, children, I want you all to be nice to her and make her feel welcome. She's only a baby but she's like all of you, so I need you all to be very nice to her and that means absolutely no mischief involving the baby, understood?" Ms. Stone said and the children nodded. "Good, now it's Friday, so today I want you all to spend time with Charlotte and show her what we do on Fridays but first, eat your food and please don't choke. Chew properly." The nursery nanny put Charlotte in a highchair and gave her a bottle of baby formula. "You're gonna love Friday, Charlotte. Today we have movie night and s'mores." A blond girl with pink overalls and a white t shirt said.
"Hey, don't forget the hot cocoa too, Susan." A boy said.
"Oh, right." The girl laughed.
Charlotte was the most loved child at the orphanage. Everyone loved her. However, everyone became jealous when she was able to learn her Alphabet, and Addition and Subtraction at the age of two and a half and she began to cook at the age of three.
"Ms. Stone, Charlotte is making bacon and eggs, you want some?" Susan asked and Ms. Stone freaked out thinking Charlotte would get hurt and she ran to the dining room and saw all the kids shocked and she was shocked. Charlotte had the whole dining table set with forks and spoons and each plate had bacon and eggs. "Charlotte, did... did you do this all by yourself?" Charlotte looked up at Ms. Stone and nodded. "Yes ma'am!" She said with an adorable bright smile.
Now see.. She was bright, adorable, and kind.... But because most people wanted a normal kid.... She never got adopted. She knew no one wanted her because she didn't really look like your average kid with normal eyes and normal hair. One day, Ms. Stone was walking through the hall and heard Charlotte crying. She was in her bed, awake and sobbing. "Charlotte dear, what on earth is the matter?" Ms. Stone came in and sat at the end of the bed and gestured for Charlotte to come sit next to her. Charlotte crawled over to her and hugged her. "How come the other mommies and daddies don't want me? Is it because I'm not pretty?" She asked and Ms. Stone shook her head. "No my dear... It's because some people don't see the real you. They want something more suitable. People are strange that way... But don't worry, you'll find a mother and father. I know you will."
