I could feel the sun shining on my face threw the blind I couldn't get up I rolled over and noticed that Kayla wasn't there. I woke up with a fright and ran downstairs to see if she was there. When I went down I found her asleep on the couch in a fetal position it looked like she was cold so I got her a blanket. went the kitchen.

When I got in to the kitchen I saw Finn drinking coffee with Claudia talking. Claudia knows about us so we can have conversations about it Infront of her.

" Billie what have mum and dad said about being around humans or our house she could walk into dad's office and find out everything even-" I cut him off "Finn she doesn't know alright can we not talk about what I did like I said it was acadentally but no one believes me" "alright bill but if she finds out were all screwed" he said "wait Finn didn't you say something about only wolf's can hear other wolf in a conversation one time" I said "ye I did wow you paid attention finally" he said " yeh ik dipshit but that's not were i'm going were I'm going is that I could hear Kayla's conversation with someone the other day and I have been hearing hers for a long time now it's like something is trying to tell me" I said "well bill why don't you stay around her for a while and figure this out alright" he said leaving the kitchen with Claudia probably going to fuck or some shit.

I went back into the lounge but Kayla was still sleeping. I went back to the kitchen and made some toast and vegan pancakes.

Kayla got a hoodie on. "Hey Billie it's full moon tonight wanna watch it" I said "wait what umm not probably not tonight umm what's the time"she said"it's 4:00pm why" I replied "oh shit you have to go umm I'll text you tomorrow but now you have to leave" she said "how am I ment to get home tho why do I have to leave what's wrong" I asked "well me and my family have a tradition of having a big dinner on full moons with is appreciate the moon kinda" she said grabbing my stuff and walking out her room " well ok why can't I stay" I asked "because you just can't alright" she said "ok I'll just call a cab good bye bill" I said and with that I called a cab and went home.

🎵Billie's pov🎵 

When she left I ran to Finn's room and told him it was a full moon and told him to get ready I called my mum and dad told them to they told me to juts wait for a while till they get home.

I'm now waiting for them to walk in through the door as I think of that I hear the door handle jiggle and they come barging in "finnea's it's full moon tonight time to go before the hunters see us" my dad yells Finn comes flying down the stairs all packed and ready my mum and dad go get there bag then we head out to the forest.

Once we find the spot we drop our stuff undress behind a tree then start to form. I feel all my bones snap and twist into place fur growing on my back see my hands shaping and getting bigger bones still snapping my nose growing longer feeling of teeth coming through. Once I'm in my form I walk out from behind the tree and meet with my family. My parents give us a reassuring nod telling us were ready to go. We start of walking the track then that slowly turning in to a sprint searching and finding any animal killing it and feeding on it.

👀Kayla's pov👀

I have work in a couple of minutes I work at a fast food place down the rode. Your probably wondering Kayla were is you mum in this situation well she's an alcoholic so she always at the pub and yes she does get very aggressive every time she comes home it always ends up with my brother having to pull her off me ye fun i know right.

I get dressed in to my uniform and head to work walking up a trail through the woods it was always creepy in there.

Time skip to after work

I finished work it was like 11 at night so I had to walk home on that creep ass track uh hell nah but I couldn't call my brother he would just tell me to get a cab. Also I do not like those they are freaky. So walking was the only other option.

I was waking down the track when one of my head phones fell out then onto the grassy floor. As I was looking I heard tree branches snap and a light growl. I turned around to see a black wolf but ten times it's normal size. It started slowly walking closer to me but it's face change softer once it was Infront of me. We sat like that for a while just looking at each other then I heard 3 more howls. It licked my face then ran away. I bolted back home forgetting my headphones and ran into my room out of breath and scared as fuckkkkk.

"Kayla James moonlight don't you dare slam doors in my house" my mother yelled. Oh shit here we go again. She walked into my room making my door fly open "if you ever slam a door in my house I will punish you" she said getting closer to my face grabbing my jaw you could smell the alcohol coming off of her I made a face in discuss "you think I'm joking" she yelled with that I felt a hard sting on my face then a burn on my head I started to be dragged down stairs. I was pushed against a wall and felt multiple blows to my face and stomach. So mush for my brother saving me he was at work. This went on for a while me screaming and her bashing me. I was crying when I felt a blade be held to the lower part of my belly "if you tell any one about this I will cut you open got that" she said putting the knife in more to my stomach "y-yes mum I p-promise" I replied "good now go to your room" she said pulling the knife away. I got up went to my room got some cloths hoped into the shower and washed up then got into bed and fell asleep with a major head ache.
