Chapter One: A Fresh Start.

It has been six years since his death, and I had put that all in the past.

I hadn't been able to get a job since the pizzeria shut down. Until a new business started.

Fazbears Fright..

I knew this had something to do with the old pizzeria so I quickly went to see what it was all about.

I stepped foot out of my home and got in my 99 white Miata and drove to the new establishment.
The only thing that could be heard the whole way there was the song 'Take My Breath Away'  by Berlin softly playing in the background.

When I arrived at my destination I stepped out of my car and shut the door behind me. I started walking towards the front door and my stomach sank.

I felt like something was going to go terribly wrong here, like I should turn around and go back and never step foot around this place ever again.

"screw it" I said.

I opened the door and walked inside. The place seemed to be empty. It was very dark so I couldn't see anything very well.

"Hello? Is anyone here?" I asked.

I heard footsteps getting closer until I saw a figure. The lights turned on and I saw a man.

He walked closer so I was able to get a better look at him, he was tall and slim and had black shaggy hair.

"Hey, you come here for the night guard position?" He asked in a raspy voice.

I nodded "Yes I am."

He put out his hand out and I took it in mine.

"You're hired, we don't have anyone else working here besides me so I don't really need to interview you. My names Tobias but just call me Toby."

Why do I always end up applying for the jobs who are low on workers..

I nodded "Y/N"

"Alright Y/N I'll show you around the building."

"The room we are standing in right now is the main room. Let me show you to the room you'll be working in."

He led me too a large room with a huge window. There was a desk with a blue and white striped cup on it, along with three bobble head figures designed to look like the main three animatronics.

I honestly missed the old pizzeria. We ran it for a bit after William passed but since he was the only one who knew how to fix the animatronics we soon shut down due to the robots malfunctioning.

Henry ended up retiring soon after but I still talk to him now and then. Last time we spoke was about a month ago.

Michael lives with me now. He just turned 20 and has a job at a local arcade. He is saving up for his own place but ever since his dad died he decided he wanted to stay with me.

Michael was literally like a little brother to me and I would do anything for that kid.

"Hello? Y/N?" Toby waved a hand in front of my face trying to regain my attention.

"Sorry Toby, I just got lost in my own thoughts." I looked around the room. "I really like what you are going for with this place."

"Thanks! I tried to make it look all spooky and shit when we were making this dump."

Toby grabbed a computer like screen and turned it on.

"Here is the security cam footage, all you need to do with this is make sure no teenagers are vandalizing the place or breaking in, ect.."I nodded

He showed me another screen.

"Here are the controls. Now as I said before, this place is an absolute dump, and we really don't have any control over the ventilation yet. If you don't reboot it you will hallucinate so I highly suggest you keep an eye on that."

"If the cameras go out you have to reboot the camera system, and don't worry about the audio devices. you will rarely ever need to use that."

"If they all go out click reboot all, it'll take longer but it is useful." He flipped the screens back "Any questions?"

"Yeah um, when is my break." I piped up.

"Well this is the night guard position. Meaning you will be staying here all night until 6:00AM, so if you want you can bring snacks ahead of time and eat them while you stay overnight."

I nodded "Alright when do I start?"

"Well if you think you are up for it you can start tonight if you want, your starting hour will be at 12:00AM."

I looked at my watch and saw it read 9:30PM

"Well its 9:30 right now, do you think I could just hang out here until my shift begins."

Toby shrugged. "I don't see why not."

He began to walk out of the room. "Just holler if you need anything, Ill be here until your shift begins."

I waved at him as he walked out of the room.

I took a seat in the swivel chair waiting for my shift to begin.

I started getting bored easily, So I decided to take a little nap until 12.

I rested my head down on the desk and slowly closed my eyes and began to fall asleep.

~Time skip~

"THIS BITCH WON'T WAKE UP!"

SLAP

I quickly opened my eyes and looked around me.

"I swear I thought I heard someone.." I said while still looking around the room.

I looked at my watch and saw it was 12:01AM.

I brought the computer screen go my face and started watching the cameras. "This isnt so bad."

Just as I spoke I saw something in one of the rooms.

"What the hell..?"

Then the lights started going off. I checked the ventilation and rebooted it.

Just as I put down my screen to go back to the cameras. I saw it.

I jumped out of my chair and slowly walked to the back of the room.

"WHAT THE FUCK??!"
