It's a rollercoaster ride, I may say. Sobrang bigat mawalan ng magulang ng sabay... pero dumating si Stephanie sa buhay namin... it may have been a coincidence but it's a good kind of chance. Kung wala siya sa tabi namin ng ate ko nang mga panahong yon, I don't know if I'd even be able to get up like I am now.
She's our blessing in disguise. And my life now, sila ng anak namin na si Gino.
If not for those Supermarket Flowers... I wouldn't have known her... I wouldn't have spoken up to her. I wouldn't have loved her.
Pain and happiness always go together, I can say. You feel so much happiness... which would be followed by sadness, and sadness and pain to happiness... our pain of losing was now replaced by happiness. Happiness she brought to our family and to me and I will make sure to do everything I can to not bring her pain.
If there's one thing that overflowed on me after feeling so much pain? That's love, that we will continue to flourish like a precious flower and let it grow. Like a flower we're still seeds growing and this is just a chapter and this is just a part of our story.
