"Hey boys, we're back," Mary called as she and Eileen came down the stairs. They could hear raised voices that made even Eileen cringe. They followed the sound into the kitchen to find the boys in a standoff.

"What the hell is wrong with you Sam," Dean hissed out glaring at his brother his patience gone.

"There's nothing wrong with me. I've told you over a dozen times that Kaashaa is a monster and the sooner she's out of the picture the sooner we get back to normal around here. You're the one freaking the hell out," Sam snapped back.

"You went and called hunters telling them exactly where Kaash and Dany were, and you expect me not to freak the fuck out. Dude, you may have a problem with Kaashaa but that's my damn girlfriend you sent those idiots down to try and kill," Dean lowered his voice finally noticing Mary and Eileen.

Sam turned at the same time noticing the two girls standing there as well, "Sorry mom, we didn't hear you and Eileen come in," Sam quickly apologized, moving to give Eileen a hug and sign something to her.

"What was all the yelling about anyway?" Mary asked going to the fridge to grab drinks for her and Eileen.

"It was nothing, mom," Sam said glaring at Dean hoping he'd keep his mouth shut.

Dean glared back, "Really Sammy, you're going to try and blow smoke up mom's ass. When you just put a death warrant out of the two girls who've saved mine and your ass countless times and one of whom you were once in love with," Dean turned to Eileen, "Sorry Eileen but I'm sure that Sam here didn't bother to tell you he was once engaged."

Eileen glanced at Sam and began a furious conversation with him while Mary looked at her oldest son, "Dean what the hell are you doing?"

"Mom, do you remember Kaashaa and Danylle that were living here?" Dean asked, hoping his mom would have fond memories of both girls.

"Yeah, I remember the girls. What's going on?" Mary asked, turning briefly to notice Sam and Eileen move off toward the Library.

"Three months ago, Sam asked Kaash to marry him. They'd been dating as long if not a little longer than Dany and I. Well, now he's up and not only broke her heart, but he's also literally trying to kill her and Dany. I just caught him talking to Ennis and Tracy. He sent them and a team to kill the girls while they're on a hunt I sent them on," Dean hurriedly told his mom.

"Dean, are you sure he didn't send them down there to help the girls?" Mary asked trying to make sense of what was truly happening. She was confused and unsure about how Sam was acting. She remembered the girls fondly. Both were nice and definitely not human. That didn't bother her. What bothered her was the fact that if Dean was telling the truth then something was wrong with her youngest son and they needed to find out what before his actions caused harm to not only others but himself.

"Mom, I'm one-hundred percent sure he sent them to kill them considering Tracy texted me asking me for tips on taking care of Kaashaa since she is what she is. Those two and anyone else they get to help them are on a suicide mission," Dean answered finally sitting down and sighing. He rubbed one hand across his neck then his head then turning his gaze back at his mom.

"Dean, this isn't like Sam. I was hoping I was wrong, but I've noticed him not acting like himself either. Is there any way you can call those two off of the girls or at least give the girls a heads up about what's coming?" Mary asked sitting down across from Dean.

"I sent a message back to Tracy telling her that the girls aren't to be hunted and I sent Cass down there to see if he can help them, but I'm worried. What if things go wrong and the girls get hurt," Dean answered back taking his phone out to see if there were any messages from either girl or Cass.

"Dean we'll find out what's wrong with your brother and we'll keep the girls safe. I promise. Go call Dany and let her know just in case Castiel hasn't found them and I'm going to make a call to Bobby as well," Mary said patting her son's hand before moving to begin making her call as Dean did the same for Dany.
