Their minds had been blown apart. They had been dating the No. 8 NICO DI ANGELO. 

LILY: I thought... maybe...

EVAN: What? Nico was our friend?

CLIVE: He left already!

BENJAMIN: I dunno, guys, maybe it was for the best.

ADEN: I'm with Benji. He's always been our friend.

BENJAMIN: DON'T CALL ME BENJI!!

ADEN: Okay, Benjaroo. My point is, I wanna go find him.

JOHN: Me too.

MEGAN: Are you people crazy? There are only two places where he could be. The underworld, which we can only access at Los Angeles, and Camp Half Blood, which is in Manhattan.

JANET: I think we should go find him. No man or woman left behind, right?

SUE: He can't be in the underworld. Edward- I mean, Nico, he is scared of his dad.

DARREN: Yeah, he was real scared when he stood up to him for Percy.

SUE: Shut up!

KATE: I think he used the mist to make me think I was his sister. How can we trust him? Bianca, his real sister, died.

ADEN: And Hazel became a hero and a praetor in Camp Jupiter.

JOHN: Oh gods. Camp Jupiter. He could be there too!

Suddenly, Lily smashed the table with her fist.

LILY: I'm not giving up on him.

WEI-LYN: Neither am I. Let's split into teams. Ninja-School style.

SUE: Ninja-School style?

WEI-LYN: Ninja-School style.

And despite the circumstances, they cracked a grin.

CONNOR: WILL SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT THE HECK IS NINJA-SCHOOL STYLE?!

SUE: You're about to find out.
