"What are these?"

I was sitting in the kitchen eating breakfast when Aurora came in, holding up a pink piece of fabric. I choked on my orange juice.

She was holding my panties, inspecting them like they were a foreign object.

Orange juice burned in my nose as I tried to regain myself, while Aurora pulled on one of the bows on my underwear. I had no clue what I was supposed to say, but she continued before I could either way.

"Where did the back go? And why are there bows?" She frowned, then looked at me with curious eyes.

"I...uhh..."

"I thought when I get bigger my underwear will get bigger too, but this is smaller than mine." I closed my eyes and took a deep breath. She caught me off guard, that was for sure, but it was just underwear. She was trying to get a reaction out of me and giving in would only be doing her a favour.

So instead, I opened my eyes and pulled my face straight. "Aurora, you shouldn't take things that don't belong to you."

"I didn't, I found them." I narrowed my eyes at her, but she just smiled innocently, totally unaffected. Something told me she was trained in the art of mischief.

"Of course you did. And where did you find them, may I ask?" She opened her mouth to reply, but closed it again. A guilty expression spread across her face and she looked up at me with the cutest little puppy dog eyes.

I should be angry right now, dammit.

"The bathroom..." I fixed her with a look, then got up off my chair. She took a careful step back when I got closer, probably scared I was going to yell at her and narrowed her eyes at me when I squatted down to her.

"Will you give them back?" I stuck my hand out. She looked at it suspiciously, then back at my face. Not entirely unexpectedly, a tiny mischievous grin curled up the corners of her mouth and she took a step back.

"Nope." And then she started running. I sighed, I didn't think it'd be this easy, but just a tiny part of me hoped she'd be warming up to me already. Or didn't treat me this way because I was amazing, duh. Ah well, reality sucks.

I got on my feet and chased after her. She was actually pretty quick for how tiny she was. I had trouble keeping up with her as I chased her down the hallway, up a flight of stairs, down it again and up again. The second time we went all the way up into the hallway where my bedroom was and I was finally almost caught up. She had nowhere to go either, she had cornered herself accidentally.

I was about to stretch out a hand and grab the back of her shirt, when she completely froze up. Nearly stumbling into her, I stopped just an inch away from her and hunched over, trying to catch my breath glad to be able to get a break.

Jesus, I should start working out some more.

"Uh-oh." She whispered, making me look up. I flinched when I realised why she stopped.

Miss. Peterson stood in front of us, an annoyed look on her face as she looked from Aurora to me, then back to Aurora. She crossed her arms over her chest and Aurora subconsciously took a tiny step back towards me.
