Ruby Rose Move-set

So... Overwatch is a game, and I figured I'd put together an overwatch move-set for Ruby since she's here. 

Name: Ruby Rose 
Health: 300 (100 health, 200 aura) 
Class: Damage 
Speed: 6 m/sec 

Role Passive: Damage: Damaging an enemy reduces their healing received for 2 seconds. 

Passive: Aura: Ruby has a 200 hp aura barrier around her that reduced all damage taken by 20% when it is up, but Ruby takes 20% more damage after her aura is broken; while aura is up, Ruby also regenerates 2 health per second after not taking damage or using Petal Burst for 10 seconds, and has a 20% immunity to knock back effects; if Aura is regenerating and Ruby is not at full health, it will begin regenerating her normal health at 1 health per second after 5 additional seconds; aura acts like a Zarya bubble

Weapon: Crescent Rose: Has two forms, Sniper (1) and Scythe (2)
1: (un-scoped, normal ammo): shoots hit-scan bullets that deal 40 damage can headshot for 2.5x damage; (scoped, normal ammo): shoots hit-scan bullets that deal 80 damage and can headshot for 2.5x damage; (quick-melee): deals 30 damage
2: (primary, click): swing scythe in a 360 degree circle around Ruby once every 0.85 seconds; (secondary, click): fire a shot from the scythe (20% damage penalty, headshot now deals 2x damage) in the direction the scythe is pointing, and launch Ruby 5m in the other direction [can fire in eight directions] (acts like Genji swift strike, deals 100 damage); (primary, hold): Stab scythe into the ground, where you can rapid fire shots with secondary (25% damage penalty to scoped damage), launch Ruby forwards into the air with (jump) (5 meters forwards and up), or run in circles kicking enemies away by holding (quick-melee); (quick-melee): stab the opposite end of the scythe forwards (deals 35 damage)
Ammo (normal): 20

Ability 1: Petal Burst: Turns Ruby intangible (take 50% less damage from Beam and AOE damage, all other attacks pass through Ruby harmlessly), gives her a 5x speed bonus (30 m/sec), and lets her wall climb (hold jump) and wall run (hold crouch, takes priority), but locks her out of all other abilities and prevents her from regenerating aura; max time in Petal Burst is 10 seconds, takes 30 seconds to fully recharge

Ability 2: Ammo Switch: While Dust is not available in the Overwatch organization, Ruby has figured out how to makes substitutes for some desired dust types:
Fire: using a combination of firework powder, gunpowder, and explosive material, Ruby replicated fire-dust rounds (25% damage reduction, deals 15 damage over the span of 3 seconds on hit, continued hits reset duration, shots pierce enemies)
Ice: using liquid nitrogen and water in separate sections of the bullet that combine when it hits a target, Ruby replicated ice-dust rounds (10% damage reduction, slows enemies down by 25%, 50% increased ammo)
Lightning: using technology from Winston's Tesla cannon, Ruby replicated lightning-dust rounds (75% damage reduction, cannot critical, damages all enemies within 1m of shot, 50% ammo reduction; if any enemies are within 5m, the damage bounces to them, and the initial target takes double damage)
Gravity: using graviton technology within her bullet, Ruby replicated gravity-dust rounds (50% reduced damage, enemy hit directly takes 15m knock back, all enemies within 5m of where shot lands take 7m knock back from that point, scythe mode secondary fire gains 5x range and 2x damage, 75% ammo reduction)

Ultimate: Silver Eyed Warrior
1: Ruby is alive when she uses her ultimate, Ruby's aura constantly regenerates at 50X normal rate, Ruby is locked into normal ammo, but gains unlimited ammo and a 1.5x damage bonus; lasts for 10 seconds
2: Ruby is dead when she uses her ultimate, Ruby re-spawns at 66% health (like a mercy res), and stuns all enemies within 5 m for 2 seconds, has a half meter for Petal Burst if meter was below half when Ruby died.
