Seraphina can barely keep up with Levi as she's being dragged by the sleeve of her coat as the demon pulls her up a set of stairs. He stops outside a door and looks around, as if making sure no one was around before he pulls her inside and locks the door. Seraphina stumbles over a drink can that had been left on the floor, as she looks around the strange room.
It looked like an underwater scene that she saw while visiting Uncle Poseidon's domain, minus the Anime merchandise.
“Watch it!” Levi grumbled and scoops up a magazine from the floor before she stepped on that too. Seraphina looks around the room in wonder. "Sorry, but you should keep a room clean if you plan to invite a girl over. Just letting you know."
There is a huge aquarium, jellyfish lights hang from the wall, there's a large bookshelf full of books but mostly magazines and mangas. There is a large computer station with four monitors and a huge TV, another shelf is full of DVDs. There's a bathtub that looks like it's supposed to be a bed. Seraphina wondered why a bathtub, but figured Leviathan was an aquatic demon.
“You really like water don’t you.” she says in awe of the aquatic theme. Levi rolls his eyes. “Of course I do….I am Leviathan.” he said, enunciating his name slowly. The demigod giggled as she nods.
“I like it. Reminds me of my Uncle N's beach home. He really loved the ocean.” she half-lied and smiled at him eventually. Levi grins back, forgetting himself for a moment before he scowls again.
“I don’t really care, your opinions don’t mean anything to me.” he retorts.
'What a tsun-tsun...' “So...why did you drag me in here like that?” The female questioned him.
Levi blushes and looks annoyed, “...What’s that now? You want to know why I looked around to see if anyone was watching before I closed the door? Why do you THINK I did it? Isn’t it obvious? Imagine what would happen if someone saw me inviting you into my room! A human who doesn’t even look like an otaku but a normie! You know what people would say, right?!”
Seraphina just stares at him blankly; confused.
“So..you’re worried about what others would think?” she asks.
Levi misunderstands her question and stammers. “Of...of c-c-c-...of c-c- course not! Th...th-that’s crazy! There’s room in my heart for only one person, and she’s animated! I’ll always stay faithful to my dear, sweet Ruri-chan, always! Why would people talk?! I mean, me and some non-otaku - some normie?! And not only that, a THREE-DIMENSIONAL one from the real world?! It’s Insane, that’s what it is!”
"Ok...." Seraphina said looking around the room and spotted a peculiar book. "Hey, what's this book?"
Levi sees what Seraphina is looking at and tries to keep the excitement from his voice when he asks, “What is it, human? What’re you looking at? Wait, that looks like...The Tale of the Seven Lords. You've never heard of it!?”
Seraphina looks back at Leviathan, “Sorry, it's not in any bookstores back home. Or even online for that matter.”
Leviathan looks taken aback. “...WHAAAAAAAAATTTT?!?! What kind MORONS don't publish it to Earth?!?! Unbelievable!!! That does it. I’m going to do you a favor and teach you about TSL. Make sure you pay attention!”
Seraphina nodded as she sat down, her chest jiggling a bit and absent-mindedly moved a strand of hair which made her arm push up one of her breasts, making Levi blush, but he shook it off as he began to talk.
“The Tale of the Seven Lords, otherwise known as TSL. Is a series of fantasy novels written by Christopher Peugeot. It’s a heroic epic spanning 138 volumes, and it’s the most widely-read fantasy series in the world. There are even theatrical versions, an animated series and feature films, too. And it’s been translated into a total of 182 different languages. Anyway, the 1990’s theatrical version was an utter disaster, because they unnessecarily added several characters that were NOT present in the original manuscript. At the time I was like, 'This producer totally needs to crawl in a hole and die!' But then someone remade it in 2015, and it was AMAZING! Better than amazing! If you ask me, it showed that needlessly cramming a female lead in there alongside Henry was a bad idea. That’s not what he needs. What he NEEDS is a friend who really understands him, and the 2015 version proved that. Also, the most vital element of the story is that each of the seven lords is so unique. They’re all so interesting in their own peculiar way. That’s what makes TSL so great!”
