suna was going up the stairs with y/n's hand still in his, his frustration being too much to realize the girl behind him was huffing for air.

"h-hey," y/n gulped, trying to get as much oxygen as she can, "can you like," - another gasp - "slow down. i'm dying here you know."

suna finally realized the girl behind him was out of breath, thus he stopped from his movement and looked at the girl who was know bent down, hand on her knees, grabbing as much air as she could.

suna let go of her hand, saying a quiet sorry in the process, and watched as her breathing started to go back to normal.

after some time, y/n stood up, still breathing in extra air, but was finally able to look and suna and question him.

"why'd you pull me so much as then run. i really hate running," y/n spoke, now leaning on the railing as her eyes looked up at suna who was standing a few steps above her.

"i was just hungry and i wanted to go to the roof so i had more time to eat."

y/n looked at suna, a dumbfounded look on her face, wondering why his excuse was for more eating time.

"i said yes to eating lunch with you, not yes to running like i'm in a sport. especially up these staircases," said y/n, now walking up the steps with suna on her side.

suna put his hands in his pockets, staring at his feet as the two continued to walk up the stairs.

"why are you so quiet now. it's weird," y/n spoke, trying to make a conversation in the awkward silence that had awakened.

"hungry" was the boys answer, not saying another word to add on. his face showed slight disgust and anger, yet y/n didn't know why. however, she didn't was to ask as to make sure he wouldn't start to get angry at her too.

"okay," she said as she lengthened out the 'ay' part not knowing what to say next.

the two finally made it to the roof, the sun blazing on them as the wind made it cooler. they walked towards a bench that looked out of the tall gate surrounding the building that showed the city. y/n sat down first, opening up her lunch as eating right away as running made her hungry.

suna watched the girl eating, only to be found out for his staring. realizing he had been caught, he tsked as looked away.

y/n didn't know if he was angry as her, but to try to boost his mood, she offered part of her lunch. "wanna have some? you're not eating anything right now and you said you were really hungry."

suna, however, was not as hungry as he had expressed in the staircase, and forgetting his little lie, he looked at the girl as if she were a turtle.

the food the girl was holding out looked delicious however, and his hunger had started. who was he to resist and decline a girl who ever so politely offered her food to him?

it definitely wasn't him.

this would be the second time he would be eating part of the girls food, and she had delicious taste, so he ate it right out of her chopsticks.

y/n's face showed her questionable thinking in why the boy ate right off of her chopsticks. before she could complain, suna interrupted her.

"thanks," he spoke lowly, yet the wind carried his voice to her ears to hear his remark. she smiled gracefully, forgetting what she was going to say.

suna sat down next to her, eyes glued onto her face and her smile made his day so much brighter, and he wished - no he knew - more smiles would be made on her face by him.

for now, he forgot his previous anger, and smiled back.
