Fortunate Love

Chapter 1: The news

"I will never leave you." Hayes says as I feel the hot sand soothe my aching feet. The ocean water splashes against the shore as the wind blows through my blonde hair. "I love you" escapes my mouth and causes him to look at me. "I love you too" he says. I feel myself blushing when he grabs me and pulls me closer to him.

Before our lips could touch I hear "Sydney! Get up you're going to be late!!!" My eyes flutter open and I sit up in my bed realizing that it was just another dream. I grab my phone and switch through Instagram and Twitter to help wake myself up. I finally get out of bed to get ready then go downstairs to eat. I look up from my phone to check the time and nearly fling myself out of the door. I basically sprint to the bus stop and make it just before my bus could drive off.

When I get to school, I suddenly see my friends and walk over to them. But before I could reach them Hayes, the schools most popular and should I say hottest guy, bumps in to me causing my to drop my books. "Whoops didn't see you there" he says then walks over to the "most popular girl in school", Sterling, leaving me there to pick up my own books. I gather them from the ground and speed walk over to my friends.

"Hey guys..... did you see that?" I ask. They all nod and I let out a sigh. "I don't know why you like him so much he's a jerk." Hallie says. I don't know why I like him either. I've had a crush on him since middle school. Maybe it's his brown hair.. or his blue crystal eyes.. or his deep voice and cute jawline....... I don't know. Erin grabs my attention away from Hayes when she suddenly screams "ONE DIRECTION.. ARE COMING.. TO LOS ANGELES..!!!!!" I dart my eyes to her phone and see a tweet from Harry saying that all 5 of them are going to Los Angeles next week for a charity benefit concert. I was wondering why they chose LA instead of any other place in the world but I didn't really care. ONE DIRECTION ARE COMING and I'm not emotionally prepared.
