Ch. 5

Noiz P.O.V (for a change)

"Oi. Where are saki and siren?" Asking angrily I look around for the two I sent to watch my new toy.

"Ugh, they haven't came back from your room." one of my members says, looking scarred of me. like usual.

"Damnit, I tell them to do the simplest of tasks and they fail me." growling to myself I stomp loudly down the dark corridor into my room.

"Oi. oi, you two have been-" gasping loudly I see my two recruits on the floor while Aoi as she called herself, is on my bed. eating peacefully.

"Welcome back," she smiled big, shoving down the chips I have her.

"U-uh, hi." muttering I walk over to the bed and sit next to her as she looks at me weirdly.

"What's wrong with you?" She asks, then looks over at the two guys on the floor and laughs.

"Them," pointing I snap at her while she just shrugs.

"I have trust issues, sorry." she bows her head then continues eating.

I can't believe a sweet looking girl like herself did this. In her data where I searched her allmate she lives with a tattoo artist, female samurai, and a wimp. so I guess the first two rubbed off on her.

"You want pizza?" Muttering she looks my way and hunger fills her eyes.

"Hell's yahs I want pizza!" She smiles big and jumps off the bed, running in full speed when her chain pulls her back.

"Don't get too excited you'll hurt yourself," standing up I grab her arm and put her back on the bed as she looks away.

"I can't hurt myself." she mumbles quietly making me blink.

"Ha?"

"You heard me I can't feel pain." she snaps at me and shoves me off the bed while I land with a oof but feel nothing.

Does this girl.... feel my pain?

"Are you serious." standing back up I walk over to the end of the bed where she's sitting at and glare down at her.

She looks at me for a moment then looks away. sadness filling her eyes. "my parents hated me. abused me. their hatred made me how I am today."

Staring down at her, I didn't feel so lonely in the world that I've deiced to shut myself from. Gross, discussing, monster. does she really understand?

"Then... who took care of you? Did you take care of yourself?" Titling my head I crossed my arms and continued to stand in front of her.

"No, Ariki and Gou took care of me." looking back up at me her purple eyes looked dull, with no life in then what's so ever.

Putting my hand out I lightly touched her hair as she winced then relaxed as my hand went through her side bangs.

"May I ask again?" She looks at me nervously and I nod slowly.

"Ask away."

She sighs and puts her hand over mine, "why am I here? Why do I feel so at home with you?"

Widening my eyes a little I close them and sigh, "because we're the same. shut out from the world. relying on yourself only. We're even equals."

I could see tears swelling up in her eyes, like she was holding back so much pain that she couldn't feel. I wanted to ask her more though.

"What can you feel?" Sitting beside her and removing my hand from her hair she looked away as her hair fell in her face.
