CHAPTER 32

"knock knock"
The door been knocked by someone and I'm still hiding myself under the blanket, not even wanted to respond to the person who knock the door.

"Y/n... sweetheart..." my mom who just open the door and enter in the room.

"Are you asleep?" She ask in a soft voice while walking towards my bed. I didn't respond, just pretending that I'm asleep.

She sigh "I don't know what happen to you suddenly come home in the middle of our dinner but eomma hope you're fine" she finished and take her step went to the doorway.

"Have a goodnight sweetheart" the door got shut and I sneak out from the blanket, the photograph of me and my foster mom- Jennifer got my attention. I suddenly feel wanna meet her... It's been a month since I hasn't visit her due to my busy school schedule. I gotta went to visit her tomorrow that would make me ... At least distracted my mood.

The next morning, I did my morning routine by brushing my teeth and washing my face even take a quick shower.

I put on my clothes after done my shower and brush my hair well before went out from my room.

"Y/n come and join us breakfast" my mom call me from the kitchen when I just come out from the room. "Alright mom" I answered and close my room door.

"Whoa, you going out today? By the way morning" it's my stepbrother who just come out from his room as well.

"Uhm..yeah I feel wanted to visit Mrs.Jennifer since I've been didn't see her for so long after move in with you guys" I said.

"Oh I see...well how's your feeling?" He asked carefully and I just shrugged "I'm not sure but don't worry bout me" I gave him a smile then head downstairs with him and join the breakfast with them.

"Mom..." I look at her who just come out from the kitchen.

"Yes sweetheart? You looking great today..."she smile and place down the cup of coffee for her loved one. "Go out on a date?" She chuckle.

"No mom I was thinking of visiting Mrs. Jennifer"

"Oh great! I was about to tell you we will take you to visit her too" she smile and I look at her "really?"

"Yeah, it's been a month since you didn't visit her, why don't we just went to visit her today?"

"Nice, thanks mom" I smile and ate my breakfast.

After breakfast, me and my mom went out to visit Mrs. Jennifer while my stepfather and my step siblings is busy with their own stuff so they didn't follow us.

We took almost one hour and a half to reach the destination where the house that I used to live for 18 years.

My mom pull her car towards the house and stop Infront of the gate.

"Is Mrs.Jennifer home?" My mom asked as we checking the house through the car window.

"I don't know, let me call her first"
I said and take out my phone dealing the number and wait for the person to answer the call. But no one answer it. I try to call the house number but still no one answer it.

"How's it?" My mom asked.

"So weird...no one answer the call, let me ring the doorbell then" I finish and just got out from the car, take my step towards the gate and press the bell button a couple time, no one answer the door as well just like I call her for a couple of times.

"Miss are you looking for Mrs. Jennifer?" The neighbor who is watering the plants looked at me.

"Yea is she home?" I asked.
