"Unnie!! Before I forgot, how dare not tell me that you're living in the same building as Minhyuk?!" I nagged at my cousin for not telling me such an important detail.

"You didn't ask me! Why is it my fault now?" It is already 10 pm and we are currently drinking beers and my cousin is already a bit tipsy. She is on the verge of crying as she answers my nagging. Haha! Such a low tolerance.

I am on my sixth bottle and she is on her fifth but I can't still get enough of the alcohol. I want more! Too sad, we run out of beer in the fridge.

"Unnie, I'll buy some more beers in the convenience store. Do you want me to buy ice cream too?"

"Just do what you want." She answered in a half-sleeping tone. After fixing myself a bit, and getting my wallet, I went out of the unit to go to the convenience store.

Because I think my unnie is already sleeping at the moment, I decided to just buy her ice cream tomorrow. So I just bought more bottles of beer and packs of chips for myself.

I went out of the convenience after paying but as soon as I got out, I saw Minhyuk oppa occupying one of the tables outside. I didn't plan to talk to him or make any interactions with him tonight because I don't look like much of a person, but more of a zombie.

I walked past him silently and thought he would not notice me but as soon as I made another step, he speaks and that made me stop for a while.

"Hey, elevator girl!" Wow! What a great nickname. Elevator girl huh? Then rot in there! I won't give you even a glimpse. Hmph!

I tried to resume walking but as soon as I lifted my foot, an arm pulls me back. Oh shucks!

"Oh!" I was shocked by the sudden contact. But as soon as I recovered, I greeted him.

"Annyeonghaseyo." I pretended to act normally but that dark look he has on me tells me that I failed with my acting.

"Why were you ignoring me? Don't you know that it is a form of disrespect here in Korea?" He said with an authoritative tone in his voice which made me feel really bad about how I acted earlier.

"Jeongmal joesonghamnida, Minhyuk oppa." I sincerely apologized with a bow.

"Join me here. Anja." At first, I hesitated if I should join him because my unnie might panic if she would not see me in the house. But because of my guilt for my action earlier, I decided to just stay for a while.

"I can see that you're also drinking tonight. Got some things in your head?" He asked curiously.

"Uh no. Just having a bonding time with my cousin. It's just the usual thing we do together." I explained, careful not to spill some things I'm thinking about for a while now.

"I see. So until when are you going to stay here?" He asked again.

"Tonight is my last night here for now. I'll be going back to the Philippines tomorrow evening."

"Oh, so you're enjoying your last night by drinking huh?"

"Ah ne."

As we are drinking, he opened another topic for conversation.

"So, you already know who am I. I thought you won't be able to recognize me."

"Honestly? I wasn't able to recognize you at first because you look so horrible! You look like a zombie!" I was shocked as soon as I was done courageously spilling my first impressions on him. Maybe it is the alcohol in my system talking for me.

While mentally slapping myself because of my careless mouth, I heard him chuckle.

"I was?" He asked confirming then chuckled again.

I just nod in response because I don't want to say stupid things again because of my tipsiness.

After a few more bottles, we decided to head home.

We are already a few steps away from the building when his phone rings but he doesn't seem to hear it.

"Oppa! Your phone is ringing! Someone is calling you!" I shouted, not knowing why I am shouting. Ha! Alcohol.

"Oh yeah?" He takes out his phone from his pocket to confirm if he is really receiving a call. And when he saw that there, he answered right away.

"Oh? Ne. Ne. I'm on my way home. Ne. I had a drink somewhere with someone. Ne. See you tomorrow! Jalja uri cheonsa!" Then the call ended.

Cheonsa.

After a few minutes, we are already in the elevator heading up to our respective units.

"Oppa, will you be in your unit tomorrow before lunch, I guess? I just have something to give you." I was still hesitating to ask him but I thought that I should shoot my shot.

"Yes. I'll be home until lunch. Feel free to drop by." He told me with a smile.

"Kamsahamnida, oppa! Jal jayo!"
