Onism
Onism (noun): The frustration of being stuck in just one body, that inhabits only one place at a time, which is like standing in front of the departures screen at an airport, flickering over with strange place names like other people’s passwords, each representing one more thing you’ll never get to see before you die—and all because, as the arrow on the map helpfully points out, you are here.
Or in other words
The Awareness of How Little of the World You'll Experience.
I would run away
I’d run away right now if
It meant being more
Then a body in a city
More then a statistic on
This planet
Theres something in me
That wants more
More then money
More then a house or
A house
Every single day I hear it
Murmuring feel it
Crawling beneath my skin
Searching for a way out
I’d run away
If it meant
Actually living
And i’d never look back
