Y'all really thought something was fishy when I said plot twist.... 🤣🤣

ROSIE'S POV

Sitting here with a wonderful girl in between my legs leaning on my chest is probably one of the best moments I'll live for.

I ghosted her for our date on valentine's day just because the surprise I wanted to give her wasn't ready yet and I was shitting my pants to do it. But I mastered my courage and took her out today to our favorite spot or you could say our sanctuary.

I leaned closer to her, grabbed her hands and intertwine it together with mine. Looking at the view right now is making me reminisce memories we made in this few months.

"Gotcha!" I exclaimed and laughed. She giggled happily.

"You cheated!" She reasoned out.

"If you didn't move from there, I wouldn't have found you." I said.

"Hmmph!" She pouted. She's so cute that I couldn't help but kiss her cheeks.

"Only on the cheeks?"

"Fine. You probably guessed it already." I peck her lips teasingly and she whined.

"That's not what I meant!" She said acting upset. Then I gave her what she wanted.

I kissed her softly letting her know how much I love her.

My family had helped me buy this land a few years ago. It was a plain one back then, i had trouble thinking of what I would do with it. I planned on building a company but i thought this view would be a waste for it.
Plus, Jennie have always dreamed of having a garden, so as a gift, I planted the whole field with Daisy's with the help of our friends. Well, most of it were lavenders as she loved the scent of it.

I remember our first ever meeting, it was at her school. After our first ever meeting each other, we started sharing more personal things and stories about each other. I must say, we got comfortable to one another after a very short period of time.

This land right here is our sanctuary. We made a few changes around, made a space for a playground anyone can enjoy. Couples can even take pictures around. But we have our own space here that only us, Jennie and I, can come in.

This part of the field is for us only. The others can't even come here as Jennie said only we can come here because it's our place. I didn't complain tho. This is not our house, we only come here for a few occasions, like for our anniversaries, our birthdays, we of course celebrate our birthdays with our friends, but we come here after to celebrate it with each other.

We don't do much, but cuddles and snuggles and some butterfly kisses here and there were the things we often do.

Like now, we are currently celebrating late valentine. I know, it's really early for taking a such big step but I can't afford to lose her. I know, she's the one. So, I don't wanna delay it anymore. Besides I already have her and my parents permission. So, I'm planning on proposing to her later. We're just cuddling here watching the sun set below the horizon, turning the sky a shade of red, orange, and yellow.

Great timing.

I slowly let go of her and stand up.

"What's wrong?"

I shake my head and say Nothing.

"Jen, we've been together for a short period of time, 11 months and 9 weeks if i'm correct." She's just staring at me confusedly. I chuckled and continue.

"Don't think of us breaking up now, I'm not planning on wasting those times we had and this land we cherished. I may not be good at words and such to tell you how much i love you and all of those cheesy stuffs. But im here to ask for your permission. I know, it's really early but it's also the right thing to do because I know you are the only one I want, I love." I stopped and let her guess. I see her eyes getting teary as she used her hands to cover her mouth. She got it.

"So I was wondering If you're willing to marry me? But if course we don't have to do it right now. First we both will get settled in and fulfill our dreams, enjoy being engaged and then get married when we are ready." I continued, showing her the ring and she burst out her tears.

"YES!" She exclaimed through her sobs still choking from her tears.
The others went out of the house holding balloons as I slip the ring on her ring finger, jumping happily in my head.

I stood up and hugged her tightly not wanting to let her go. I can tell she doesn't want to either feeling how tight her hug is compared to mine.

Her parents by the side wiping their tears of joy and the same with my parents, our friends cheering loudly especially the girls and their partners trying to shush them.

Wow. I thought. This day couldn't get any better.

Just then Taehyung and Kookie got out holding two confetti. As they got nears us these two idiots were having a hard time opening them. Kookie pointed it at his face trying to figure out how to use it and Taehyung followed.

"Press on the button." I said and when they did.

I burst out laughing as it exploded on their faces, everyone laughed along after witnessing their stupidity.

The night went by laughing, chit chatting and just enjoying everyone's presences.

Me and Jennie decided to go back to my apartment for the night. During the whole ride to the field to my apartment I was smiling widely knowing

It's not the end but the beginning of our story.

And I'm really sorry for the crappy and disgusting ending it's just I really don't know how to end a book so I'm really sorry😅💔
