"Do I have to come Minho?" I whined as my older brother dragged me across the street."Yes." He answered. "It's not as scary as you think Y/n, you'll be fine."
"But it clearly says it's 13+, what kind of haunted house doesn't allow kids!?"
"The super scary kind~" he teased.
It was Halloween night and Minho and his classmates had decided to put up a haunted house. Rumors were that it was so scary, half the customers had to be carried out because they had fainted.
My brother was dressed as Chucky from that one creepy movie, which was scary enough. The fact that he was dragging me into a hell hole to suffer with him was scarier.
"Relax, our customers go in pairs, I've invited my friend, one of your classmates to go in with you." He reassured me.
Except it wasn't very reassuring with his creepy get-up.
We finally reached the castle, I mean a huge mansion. It would have looked like a castle, if not for the creepy decorations.
The place was somewhat packed.
"Making good profit?" I asked him as he leads me to the entrance.
"Yup, people pay quite a bit for a good quality scare."
"You'll go easy on me, right? You won't take revenge for all the pranks I pulled on you."
Minho smiled sarcastically. "Of course I'll go easy on you my darling sister, I already forgave you for adding strawberry jam to my pasta last week."
I gulped, feeling sure that Minho would do his best to scare the heck out of me. I hoped whoever he invited to go with me was a fast runner.
"Felix? You invited Felix?" I asked as the platinum blonde made his way towards us.
"No, we hired him to narrate." He told me before turning to him. "How's it going man?"
"Amazing Hyung, they get so scared once they hear my voice." He said in his particularly deep voice.
It would have intimidated me if he wasn't such a ball of sunshine.
"I'll go set up in the broadcasting room, my breaks over." Felix waved us a cheerful goodbye and headed into the house.
"If it's not Felix, who is it? Hyunjin? Seungmin?" I listed out my classmates.
Minho had an evil smirk, and his eyes lock on something, or someone, behind me.
"You made it Jisung? Thought you'd be a chicken and hide." Minho teased.
Oh no.
Oh no no no.
"You would have found me and dragged me here anyway hyung." The boy behind me sighed.
I turned to see him and my heart clenched.
How was he so beautiful?
Han Jisung had been my crush since fourth grade, ever since the skinny boy carried my fat ass to the nurse's office when I sprained my ankle. The two of us became friends, but little did he know, I saw him in a different light.
He was especially good-looking today. His freshly dyed blonde hair blow-dried to be flowing and soft. His beautiful brown eyes glowed when the lamplight hit them, making them look like warm pools of cocoa. His cheeks were puffed out, and his lips were formed into a pout.
"You asked Jisung!?" I gasped, looking up at Minho.
"I'm going to go inside and take my position." He grinned. "Tell the Vampire at the entrance that you're my sister and she'll understand. You're the last customers today, so you can expect everyone to pay full attention to you."
