The Mask [BTS]

The time had passed and it had now come September. First day of school. Taehyung is now a second-grader, not so excited, because he knew that for another year he would either be alone or he will have the company of a dog that his school looks after. It was his only friend.

He started crossing the school hallways slowly without caring if he was late or not. The truth was that the class had been going on for five minutes, but he wasn't that interested as he knew that for another year they would start by introducing themselves.

Just before he got to the door of his class, he discovered that he wasn't the only one who was late as he noticed an another boy with brown and silk hair running towards him.

He also noticed that he had mistakenly tied the tie of his school uniform. Without not knowing it, the boy fell on him, causing both of them to fall on the floor.

-Are you stupid, boy?

Taehyung shouted and the other boy With trembling movements, got up from his chest and start apologizing.

-I-I am s-so sorry... But i am in a hurry, so excuse me. I'll do you a favor later, amm.. I will buy you lunch, ok?

Taehyung remained skeptical, but also motionless by the boy's quick movements. He just nodded without saying anything and then the other boy got up abruptly and ran towards his class. Taehyung looked at his watch and saw that he was 20 minutes late.

He took the same road as the boy who had fallen on him and as soon as he got out the door of his class, he walked in.

The teacher looked at him with wonder.
- Do we have anyone else who's going to be late today?
The teacher asked and some children laughed, but when Taehyung looked at them murderously they stopped.

-Go sit on the third desk, there, with the kid in the red shirt.
The teacher told him and Taehyung without saying anything else went and sat down. He didn't expect the kid who had just run into to be next to him.

-Hey.
The other boy said.
Taehyung only scanned him from head to toe and said nothing.

-My name is Jungkook.
The boy said ad he gave the hand to Taehyung, but for once again he didn't say something but also refused the boy's handshake.

Jungkook's expression changed and he seemed distressed but also remorseful .
- Look, I'm sorry about before, it was my fault. I told you I will buy you lunch for sorry.

-I don't want to.
He said monotonously.

- Can I at least join you?
- I'm a loner, I don't have friends.

Jungkook didn't gave up yet.
- Come on, it's time to make friends. Don't be so depressed.

Taehyung, thought for a moment about the words he just heard and could say that Jungkook was right. But he did not know why he found himself in this situation.

After a while, he turned around and looked at him.
-If you act like a fool, I'll hit you.

Jungkook immediately smiled and revealed his beautiful bunny smile.
Taehyung couldn't tell what he was felling, but he could say that just for a second, he felt safe and happy...
