The heavy steel door slowly lowered to the ground flooding the cargo bay with the bright light of the mid day sun . Covering his eyes with his arm while moving the ursa mask to his belt he slowly made his way down the ramp. He was soon met by a middle aged women holding a scroll and a tapping a riding crop on her shoulder. She spoke quickly not even giving Ivan a single look" There are no reports of anything being delivered today why is you vessel here."she stated sounding alittle ticked off that an unmarked cargo jet had taken a place on the landing pad just before the student began to arrive for the new year.
Ivan quickly searching through his duffle bag and took out a letter with the beacon seal stamped on it. She took the sealed letter quick looking it over then looking up at the person that had handed it to her. Ivan stood there with a stupid smile across his face before he gave gave her a slight bow.
She looked him over before pointing him in the direction of the assembly hall he quickly headed in the direction she pointed.
As he walked down the brick path he noticed a small girl in a red hood leaning as far as she could over an elegant looking fountain trying grab something floating near the middle. She made quite little stressed sound as she reached, those sounds suddenly turned to sounds of panic when she slipped quickly falling toward the water. Something caught her by the hood a mere inch from the waters surface.
She looked to seeing Ivan holding her up with his free hand before he moved her over solid ground and set her on her feet. He then turn his attention to the item floating in the pond which was a small red ribbon. With great ease he plucked the soaked ribbon from the fountain and turned to see the girl he "saved" smiling at him.
She introduced herself as ruby rose and told him that she was junior there at beacon. He didn't quite believe that she was a junior because she looked so young ,but he went along with it. He inturn told her that he was a freshman and his name was Ivan. As they talked ruby put her hair into a ponytail using the ribbon . That drew her attention to the top of ivans head. Without realizing what she was doing she reached up standing on her tip toes and softly touched Ivan's wolf ears.
This wasn't something that normally happened to him ,what really confused him was that she didn't seem to care that he was a faunus. Only that he had a pair of fussy wolf ears sticking out on top of his head and that they were rather soft.
Ivan abruptly cleared his throat causing ruby to freeze in place, blush quickly coverd her face as she realized what she had done. She then jumped backwards giving him a quick apology before disappearing in a tornado of rose petals. He stood there motionless thinking to himself,"she was um different well different in a good way."
After a moment or so passed he turned on his heels and continued the direction he had been traveling before his "detour". The path he was on led to a large auditorium like building with two people standing outside. One was a boy with blonde hair and the other was a girl with her long red hail pulled back into a ponytail. As he drew closer he quickly recognized them as pyrrha nikos an jaune arc. The first time he had ever seen them was on the news. Together they had taken down a massive death stalker and a pack a beowolves that were terrorizing a small village in northern vale.
As he approached the building pyrrha quickly run over to him with jaune close in tow. She then gives Ivan a friendly greeting and asks his name and grade before ushering into the building. Ivan followed pyrrha and jaune into a large dark room. He could easily see past them because he was nearly seven inches taller than both of them. Ivans silver eyes began to have a light glow from his natural night vision when he entered the darkened auditorium. He quickly found a seat near the top corner and made himself comfortable while he waited for teachers and students to arrive.
