Author's pov :
You must be confused right? Let me clarify it to you. Harlequin is a scientist who works under a military base and he conducts experiments on "Quantum Teleportation”. Let me explain you in brief, what a quantum teleportation (QT) is? It is a technique for transferring quantum information from one position to another position some distance away. While teleportation is commonly portrayed in science fiction as means to transfer physical objects from one location to the next, quantum teleportation only transfers quantum information. Moreover, the sender may not know which quantum state will be transferred.
Now, let’s get back to story.
Nippon pov:
I was taken to the lab by the scientist when I entered, accidentally I peeked thru a half-opened door, there were bodies in Half of the Glass boxes. The guard escorting me Closed the door and we moved ahead. I asked Harlequin "What's going on?"
“Hey Nippon! nice to meet you ,I am just doing the experiment for the welfare of military and our race" said Harlequin, but I felt something suspicious, though it increased my Guard mentally, that couldn't stop me from signing the papers, these legal papers told me that I will be responsible for …. .. .. … … (let me put it straight) my own death.
Helen (Harlequin’s assistant): Why are you taking Nippon for this experiment? Don't you think it would be a waste of time? He is weak, He is neither good in his military activities nor can he help you in your experiment. He is really a big failure in every walk of life.
Harlequin: You have completely misunderstood him, he is completely different from us, I have searched for him for more than a decade now, I got his information from my trip to Amazon Forests in South America. I should say the Ayuhusca administered by shamans has had some good effect on me. Nippon isn’t simple as u think & even, he doesn’t know, that he is special. If things go as per my plan, we are very near to breakthrough.
Author’s POV:
Few hours later when they were in middle of experiment, there was some disturbance, Nippon should have got QTed (teleported), but nothing happened!!! Both main power grid and emergency power grid were all destroyed and the reason for this is Brooklyn!
Nippon pov:
They pulled me out of that glass cabin and told me to wait for a while and made me comfortable in a waiting room. Most of the personnel were rushing towards two are three different places, where there were dark clouds of smoke. Someone came towards me, he looked well-built, a Muscular man, perhaps a man of military. He wore a dark green coat on white shirt with a red tie and he told me to escape from being experimented. He introduced himself by saying “I am sent by Brooklyn, save yourself by escaping with me” he continued giving more details to convince me in his low base voice “ Brooklyn knows that, she knows this, she worked here, she works there, she did that experiment, she knows you are in trouble etc etc…” but after sometime I was not registering anything, that was being told. My mind got struck in the name, I have heard this somewhere. Maybe a big scientist name or something, its very vague.
After some time, I saw there was No-one there, may be its all just my hallucination. In the meantime, few scientists walked towards me. They were discussing something; I realised a small piece of paper in my hand. “Walk towards Military Base, Follow Green” Brooklyn.
Ah!! It was not my hallucination.
I requested those scientists to let me go back to military base & take rest, which they hesitantly agreed after some discussion among themselves, regarding some repair work. They called for guards to escort me back to Base. I wondered what does “Follow Green” mean. Ah! Now!! I see…
I escaped from their hands and Brooklyn’s men took me with them...
