Basically Remnant with pokémon, without grimm, semblances or aura, to get a general idea, it would be like if Remnant was a Pokémon region or was the set of a Pokémon game.

As I seemingly open my eyes I see a figure standing in front of me. A man, a man I've seen before already, not in person, but I've seen him, I try to remember his name as I notice that the background is completely white while the floor is pitch black. As I'm about to wander off in thought, he speaks.
"Hello there" he says "Welcome to the world of Pokémon!" he continues "My name is Professor Ozpin. But everyone calls me the Pokémon Professor, well, they don't but that's not important right now!" now that he said his name, I recognize him, I've seen him on TV in various occasions, not only that but I've porpusefully search videos in wich he appears on, how could I forgot about him, I see it now, the cane, the glasses, the clothes, the silver hair and the mug on his left hand.
"This world is widely inhabitated by mysterious creatures called Pokémon" he says while pulling out a Pokéball seemingly out of nowhere then he let it fall into the 'floor', the Pokéball bounces a little and then a Pokémon comes out of it, it's a Klink, a steel type Pokémon, wait a minute, how was he able to put the ball in his hand if he was holding the mug and the cane, I look at him to see him take a sip from his mug, looking so casual. The Pokémon simply floating above where his Pokéball once was, now gone.

' I'll ignore it for now ' I say in my head. Once again he starts speaking, as if he was merely 'waiting for me to pay attention to him again. "As you may now, Pokémon have mysterious powers. They come in many shapes and live in many different places." of course I now that "We both human and faunnus live happily with Pokémon. Living and working together, we complement each other. We help each other out to accomplish difficult tasks." he says and quickly continues "Having Pokémon battle one another is particularly popular, and it deepens the bonds between people and Pokémon" Does it though? I interrupt in my mind, he then looks directly at my eyes for a couple of seconds before continuing, can he read my mind? "And that's why I research Pokémon" I somehow find that hard to believe.
"Well, that's enough from me... Could you tell me about yourself? Tell me, are you a boy or a girl?"...... what "I'm joking of course, I know you are a boy. I'd like to know your name" my name, I quickly gather all the courage to speak and I say it "My name is Y/n, Y/n L/n" he reacts as if he already knew but asked as a courtesy "Y/n, what a wonderful name" is it though. "Well then." he continues "I'm going to introduce you to your two best friends" what, how does that even work.
Suddenly a new figure appears in front of my, it's Yang, she just stays still, not moving, appearently not breathing, as if she simply was an image or a doll that looks exactly like her. "This young woman is Yang. She can be a little hotheaded, but she's a very cheerful person." And now Ruby appear besides Yang, showing the same qualities, she isn't moving. "This is Ruby. She's still a little young, but hold a great potential within herself". A little young, she's only two years younger than Yang and me, that's not a lot. "I think you three have potential, that's why you'll receive a very important Pokémon"Receive a very important Pokémon?... ah, that, but Ruby isn't getting one this year, she's two years younger. Before a could continue thinking, he spoke "Y/n! The moment you choose the Pokémon that will accompany you on your journey, your story will trult begin. During your journey you will meet many Pokémon and people. I really hope you find what is important to you in all of these travels..." he takes a moment to look down before continuing with more energy than expected "That's right! Befriend new people and Pokémon and grow as a person! That is the most important goal for your journey! Let's go visit the world of Pokémon" as he continues I start to get hyped up just before everything turns black.
And then I open my eyes once again, this time to see that I'm in my room. Huh, that was a weird dream. It isn't long before my mom shouts and lets me know that I should come down for breakfast.
I quickly get out of bed and go downstairs to meet my mom. "Good morning" I say, "Good morning, dear" she answers, "What's for breakfast?" I asked, and after she tells me, she says "But you better eat fast, because you need to get ready, and you need to do it fast, you slept a little bit too much, remember, today is the day!", today is the day, 'Today is the day, that's true! Today is the day that I'll be receiving my first Pokémon from Professor Ozpin! Professor Ozpin, that's right, the weird dream, I must tell mom'. "Mom, I had the weirdest dream" I said "That's so cute honey, why don't you tell me about it while you eat" she said, I then started telling her the dream I had.
"Well honey, that was a weird dream, but you should really start eating your breakfast". Oh, that's right, my breakfast, now it's cold. Well, I started eating. After I finished eating, I quickly run upstairs and into my room, I check my watch only to see that I'm running out of time. I shower and dress as quickly as I can. I check my watch once more, seems like I still have a couple minutes left, "Good", I say to myself and go downstairs. I approach my mom.
"Goodbye mom" I say, starting to feel a little nervous, it seems as if my mom noticed, does it show that much "Don't be nervous honey, you'll be alright, this is your dream, you're finally gonna be a Pokémon Trainer. You gotta be brave, believe in yourself, and remember, it doesn't matter how far appart we may be, I'll always be by your side, believing in you. Now go out there, and become the champion". As my mom finishes she opens her arms, I approach her and let her hug me before hugging back, we stay like that for a moment before she says "Goodbye Y/n, I love you", without needing to think much about it I respond "I love you too, mom".
We then separate and I go to the door, after taking a few breaths I put my hand on the handle and I prepare to open the door.
' This is it, this is where my Pokémon adventure begins '
And that was the end of this little prologue, tell me what do you think. I hope it isn't hard to read, if it is, please tell me.
This is my first fanfic, so any feedback is appreciated, also tell me if there's any grammar mistake, confusing phrases or stuff like that, so I can fix it. Also tell me if you would want me to add some pictures for the Pokémon that appear and stuff like that. While I was writing the prologue I was thinking about what I was going to say in here but now that I'm writing this I don't remember. So yeah, that's it.
