In the year 1846 Boston, Massachusetts, USA a guy names Albert Tirrell was said to have murdered a prostitute.
He slid the woman's neck and fled to New Orleans where he was arrested.
His lawyer told the court that Tirrell was a Chronic sleepwalker, and committed the crime in his sleep, Tirrell was found not guilty by the Jury.
