I was reading a book related to abnormal psychology in my cabin . Yes! I'm more interested in abnormal psychology. This concept always got me more curious than I already am. I know it's a little rare for someone to take interest in this field but it's like I'm addicted to it since I was a kid. The unusual behaviour, emotions & thoughts that goes through a person's mind always got me curious & attached to it so much.
As I was just going to flip to the next page there was a sudden ba-dumb💥 sound & I flinched & look up to see my stupid bestie or bully whatever you wanna call him standing there in an awkward stance with a file in one hand.... & I literally know that he barged in & almost fell face front... Still to protect his so-called cool a** he's standing like that!!

I'm telling you this bastard always comes barging in the my cabin like he owns it *rolls her eyes hehe* Still I'm not used to it so I always get scared that stupid rascal but anyways he is one of my fav. Person's...My colleague or working partner Cha Eunwoo(✿ ♡‿♡)

Y/n : Shut up you little piece of chocomoco . . *He chuckles*
Y/n : What are you doing here barging in like that?
Eunwoo : Dr. Park asked me to fetch him the file that you were working on for 2 days & you are so lucky dumb bear. you can go home now. I still need to stay to finish this piece of sh*t
Y/n: Awww this poor lil' ppok ppok btw Fighting!! I'm going...I will watch some dramas along with your fav. Popcorns & then sleep! annyeong my stupid chocomoco (Annyeong is Goodbye in korean)

I was on the way to home from a dark alley since my regular route had some contruction problem. Tbh I've never been through this alley & it was really creepy. But knowing my curious a** I couldn't help but be so much excited to check it out. Even when I was walking I had these butterflies in my tummy..maybe I was just waiting for something to happen haha.. but I kept walking...
As I was lost in my thoughts, I heard some painful groans coming from behind the dumping area. As I was a doctor myself I couldn't help but be worried about it. So I followed the direction of the Sound and found a man lying on a the ground. Not just any man, but a very handsome man. But as I looked at his state I panicked as he was badly bruised with cuts on his whole body that still looked fresh...The cut on his arm was bleeding badly it looked like someone stab him there with a big knife 🔪.. his shirt was dark red due to so much bleeding...this was one of the horrible moment I've experienced in my life..tf I was excited for!?
Without thinking much I rushed to his side & As my doctorate instinct's kick in, I checked his pulse & thanks to the Lord of Heaven he was still breathing.
I immediatly called an ambulance & soon they took him to the hospital. As I was the only witness the doctor told me go with them. So here I was waiting in front of the ICU. I was so worried. You must think I'm a doctor so maybe I was used to seeing people die but that's not true I really felt guilty & sad everytime some patients or people died in front of me... I'm not used to it not a bit even after seeing so many.
After sometime a doctor came out of the operation theatre. I immediately rushed to him & asked him about that guy.
Y/n: Doctor, how is he? Is he okay? Please tell me...
Dr. Choi: Calm down! He is okay but just needs some rest. He was so badly injured but he is out of danger now.
Y/n: Oh....*breathes a sigh out of relief* Phewww... It's a relief to know that....
Dr. Choi: One more thing As it wasn't a normal case we have to call the police to investigate.
Y/n: Okay! Thank you so much!
After 2 hrs. Of waiting some police inspectors came strolling as it was a case of violence it was a necessary thing. They talked to the doctors & then to that guy. As he was just back to consciousness they asked him some easy questions.. I couldn't hear anything as it was a case that needed privacy & I, as a witness also as an outsider couldn't just go stepping in...after that those officers came to me & told me that I needed to take him with me as he didn't say anything maybe he is still shocked & even if it wasn't my fault I still felt guilty so I agreed to their conditions..Well it wasn't like I had other choices as they weren't going to hear a no from me....*Sighing*
Hospital authorities brought me some documents to sign as I was the only one that was with him. I hesitated at first but after a moment I quickly signed it as there was no backing down afterall I didn't had a choice...Dr. Choi who did his operation told me that I should visit him & then I can take him with me tomorrow as he needs to rest today.
I went inside his room & there he was lying on the bed with so many wires attached to his body. His body was full of bandages & it looked really painful. That room was full of disinfectants smell that it was really hard for someone to stay there but as I was a doctor myself I was used to it. He was awake but he kept staring at the ceiling like it was the most interesting thing... He then noticed me so I started walking towards him. His eyes followed my every moment & for a second I saw his eyes becoming dark but maybe it's just my imagination...
I went near him & sat on the stool that was placed in front of his bed. He kept staring at me without blinking & I was a little uncomfortable.
The silence was making me more uncomfortable than I already was so I thought of breaking it by asking him something... "What's your n-" but he beat me to it asking me back..
"Who am I?"
