End With Strenght

Attuned

This entire day I was stressed. Tira would keep asking about my attunement, wich I still don't know what is it, and the weirdest part is that I was on the check-in list. I wanted to go home, but at the same time, I wanted to stay. Returning home would mean more bulling, while here, at Tosora, I already made a friend. "So, do you want to go shopping?" asked Tira, breaking the silence. "We are allowed to leave the campus?" "Of course!" It could be a good way to get to know her and this new world, so I accepted. 

Tira lead me to a door with almost 10 keyholes, then she take out some keys. "The red one is for  Tasura center, where are all the shops. Here, you can have the copy of this one" said she, handing me another red key. Using the key, the door opened, and in front of me was now a town center with a luxurious statue in the middle, dozen of shops and stalles filling the place. "Come on!" Tira hurried me. Then, the same warm breath I felt in the batroom returned. The sun's rays suddently surrounded me, and everything shone. The next second, all dissapeared, and I was again standing next to Tira. "Did you see that?" "Saw what?" questioned her. "All that, the sun..." I observed she was carefully watching me, so I drop out the subject. "Nevermind, show me your favourite shop!" A huge smile appeared on her face as she started talking about all the shops. It's going to be a long day...

Carrying dozen of bags, exhausted from trying on clothes, I finally convinced my roomate to go home. We ate some dinner, then decided to watch a film. By this day, I trusted her, so, after a long debating in my head, I conclusioned that she should know the truth. "Tira, I have to tell you something..." "Go ahead!" I told her the whole story, watching as her expression didn't change at all. "Please don't say anything! I don't want to be petrified!" I cried out at the end, a bit scared. "Oh sweetie, I already knew you weren't from here. Something was a bit off from the beggining, so I figured it out. If you came here throught a mirror, I'm sure you were supposed to be here. Don't worry, I won't tell anyone!" I hugged her so thight in that moment! 

The next day, we would have attunement assignment, even if everybody already knew theirs. Well, everybody except me. I entered the classroom and I saw the teacher waiting for me. "So, Shyla, I will ask you to close your eyes and answer some questions." 

I sat on the chair next to his, and do what he said. "Take a deep breath and focus. When you're ready, answer."

"You're working in a group, What do you do?" "I usually take the lead"

 I heard some scribbling, then he asked again "Imagine a sphinx asks you to answer his riddle, what do you do? "I think I would try to trick him to tell me the answer..." 

"You find a dragon's hoard, but you can only take one thing. What do you take?"  "I won't steal anything" "Interesting choice... Let's keep going. What sound do you like the most?"  "Laughter" 

"What do you value the most?  "Loyalty"

 "Where would you like to spend your time?" "On the beach" 

"What scares you the most?" "...change..." A bunch of memories from school came back, but I ignored them.

 "Last question. How would your friends describe you?" "Probably self-reliant". 

I opened my eyes and I saw the professor reading the notes he took. "Incredible, I haven't seen this in a very long time..." "What, is it something bad?" "Oh, no, not at all! You, miss are very powerfull. You have three attunements!" "Three?" He smiled. "Yes, it is possible for powerfull people to have more than one attunement, but in very rare cases. You're attuned to fire, metal, and the most special, sun! I sense you will be a very important witch in our history miss Shyla!
