Chapter 13

~back with Shoyo and Kei~

Shoyo's POV: 

I drove us back home, Kei has his bag packed and he's is still pouting about what happened between him and Suga. I sigh, "Kei, stop pouting, I don't want this to ruin our weekend, please? Let's forget about this for now and let's focus on the fun we'll have in Tokyo." He sighs, "How can I forget about it?" I raise an eyebrow and fold my arms against my chest, "are you really going to let what some random guy said about me ruin our weekend away?" He scoffs, "But he isn't just some random guy!! He's my vice captain!" I put my hands over my face and sigh deeply, "but he is to me Kei. I don't know that guy beside he's on your team!" Kei tears up, "how can I just forget that my vice captain thinks my husband is forcing me to do things?!" I grip my hair, "that's just it Kei, they don't know we're married! *takes a deep breath in* Baby, you're going to come to find out that a lot of people have a lot of not so good opinions about me, and they don't have to like me. Hell not even you're friends have to like me, I don't give a fuck if they do or don't. The only people I care about liking me is You, mom and dad. As long as I have you Kei, I don't care what people have to say about me. Only your opinion matters to me." He hugs me, "I'm sorry I was making this such a big deal." I hug him back, "don't be sorry, I understand he's not only a friend but and teammate. I just don't want this to ruin our weekend together. We're finally able to a little fun, I don't want some minuscule thing ruining it." He nods, "samehere, let's head over to Yams house ok? You can even meet his parents." I nod and grab his bag, "let's go." He tilts his head, "what about you?" I smirk, "baby we're going to my apartment in Tokyo. I don't need to bring clothes I have clothes there." He nods and we head over to Tadashi's house.

We get to Tadashi's house and I meet Tadashi's parents. I bow, "Hello Mr. and Mrs. Yamaguchi, I'm Hinata Shoyo, Kei's boyfriend. I'll be taking Kei and your son Tadashi with me to Tokyo for the weekend to have fun and have a double date with one of my very close friends." Tadashi's mom bows, "oh it's wonderful to meet you Hinata. If you don't mind me asking about your friend, can you tell me about him?" I smile and nod, "of course, His name is Hyung-Won Tai, he's 18 and from Korea but he's studying and living in Tokyo. He is currently studying as a med student at the University of Tokyo Hospital. Kei and I will be accompanying Tadashi and Tai on there date so Tadashi won't be alone. But even so I would trust Tai with Tadashi's life, I know he wouldn't let anything happen to Tadashi." Tadashi's dad perks up once I said med student, he asks, "He's studying to become a doctor at the University of Tokyo? He must be smart but also very busy, is it wise for him to go on dates?" I smile, "yes he's studying to become a doctor but he just went on break so he has some free time. He knows if this goes anywhere that there might be some rough patches with them both being in school with such distance but he would be willing to try to make it work if they both want the same thing. I also have an office in Tokyo I frequently go to so if Tadashi ever wanted to go visit him I could always bring him with me if he got your permission." His mom smiles, "you would do that for our son?" I nod, "of course he's always been there for Kei especially when I can't be with needing to travel between my Tokyo office and New York office. It's the least I can do for him if they want to pursue a relationship." Tadashi says while walking down with Kei, "mom you're not embarrassing yourself or me are you?" She scoffs, "why would I embarrass you or myself in front of a Hinata? I'm not stupid, especially when he's setting you up with one of his doctor friends." Tadashi blushes, "MOM! he's still a student and were just meeting. I don't even know if we'll like each other!" She rolls her eyes, "well did you pack nice clothes, so you can make a great first impression?" Tadashi's entire face turns red and Kei interjects, "uh, auntie, uncle, we need to head out if we want to make it to Tokyo by a decent time." We all say goodbye then head to Tokyo.
