The Fifth Hokage Battle

{time skip 1 year} time skip

Team 11 had just returned from a team mission where they had to protect the current kazekage from an attack. it against his son from a group known as the EXOs. (a group of OCs who are kinda like the Akatsuki from Canon) they had successfully blocked that and returned to the village. They were heading towards the Hokage mansion when they heard cheering. then they heard fateful words. "I Hiruzen Sarutobi am passing on my Hat to someone as of today it will be either my student Jiraiya or my student Orochimaru. the person chosen must beat the opponent fairly in the arena." Bocker told Orochimaru to just ask Yuu for power. Jiraiya didn't know of them so they should be fine. Orochimaru accepted the deal. but only if he felt he needed it. they all headed to the arena. The looks the villagers were giving  "the demon twins and their whore" as the villagers called them were downright awful. but the group didn't care they were at the top of the food chain. Minato was outraged that he'd not been given the option to be Hokage again. so he voiced his opinion? "but lord third why can I not return to the seat?" the crowd wanted to hear the answer. the answer shocked them to their very cores. "because you betrayed the village isn't that right kushina?" Kushina nodded and told the village about the trade deal of Kumo and Konoha they'd get the Byakugan and Konoha would get Yugito Nii who'd arrived not too long ago. they all wondered what the two tails were doing there. their worry turned to hate when she befriended "the demon twins and their whore." in their eyes she was just like Satsuki. she betrayed the village she'd just come into. Soon they could feel bloodlust coming from five very excited people (Orochimaru asked for Yugito to be put on team 11 BTW) the leader of team 11 was yelling. "come on Jiraiya come out and face me!!!" Jiraiya appeared and told him to meet him at the arena in five. Squad 11 and the rest of the people were brought to the arena along with Jiraiya. Lord third prepared the fighters. and the battle began

Jiraiya summoned gamabunta. while Orochimaru stayed put by already had made a clone. while the real Orochimaru was secretly climbing the Toad. Jiraiya struck the clone and the clone turned to mud. that kept the toad's hand stuck there. the real Orochimaru punched with enough force to send gamabunta back to the Summon world. then hit Jiraiya with the same punch just lesser. he was flung into the wall. the whole arena heard that set of words "now then shall we dance Jiraiya-san?" he asked so innocently the arena shivered and four others cheered while bocker said "dance with him Orochimaru!" Jiraiya was confused then saw the faces of the crowd. they were of terror horror and defeat. that is when Jiraiya knew he was fucked "sure let's dance Orochimaru" those were the wrong words. Orochimaru's bloodlust shot through the roof. by that I mean the bloodlust increased one-hundred fold Orochimaru was much faster than before. he was a blur even to the Hokage. which is really impressive. Jiraiya appeared to just be taking blow after blow. Hokage ordered the fight to be over. and announced that Orochimaru had been made Fifth Hokage. the crowd shook in fear. Squad 11 cheered. and slowly so did the rest of the people in the end the only ones not cheering were Jiraiya and Minato

Squad 11 was made each a Jonin. Bocker and Naruto would always stick together. Satsuki was made Anbu captain Danzo had the okay to make Root a real thing again as long as they were given emotions. he agreed to it wholeheartedly. and Hiruzen told Orochimaru the first thing of business for him was to decide how to deal with Minato. Jiraiya had done nothing so far so he was safe. Jiraiya asked Orochimaru just to put him behind bars for say five years. he said he'd do that if he was allowed to be sent to blood prison. Which Jiraiya with great regret agreed to. what Jiraiya didn't know was that once sent to blood prison the minimum was ten years. Orochimaru laughed when he told him that news. it was new to Orochimaru too the Old Pervert was shocked but he'd already made the deal so not backing out now. he told the fateful news to his student who yelled obscenities at him. he began to see that Minato was no longer who he was before. he began to dislike his student. his wife felt the same way. she began hating him too.

Squad 11 watched as Jiraiya walked into the Hokage's office and asked for an extended time for Minato. he told Lord Fifth that he began to Hate Minato and how he was not the same person he once was. so he asked for increased time say 30 years to maybe 50 years. The Warden agreed who happened to be in the room. Orochimaru was happy to hear this and they brought Minato into the room. when he heard the sentence he visibly paled and begged to be let out with just 15 years at most. it was too late for this man here he'd spend the rest of his life in there. the Fifth led everyone else but squad 11 out of the room. he then turned to them and asked them what they thought should happen to the civilian council. Naruto and the rest of Squad 11 told him to either kill them off or tell them if they wish to live to leave without another word. so then the clerk told them the meeting was ready. "let's begin shall we?"
