Morgen saw Asta, the child he helped get home a few weeks ago, laying down in front of his household, cold and passed out. He picked Asta up as he heard someone fall behind a tree as he checked who it was, Asta still in his arms.

Morgen's eyes widened, as he saw Lichita, who he thought of as his aunt whenever he visited Asta, laying down, dead. He checked for her pulse, as he felt despair. 'What the hell happened?'

Morgen took Asta in a guest room, laying him down on a bed as he sat on a stool ,waiting for him to wake up. The door opened revealing a long-white hair man with a cigarette, Morgen's brother.

"So, who's the brat?" asked the brother. Morgen sighed, "He's not a brat brother, he's Asta. The one I told you about." the white-haired man nodded. "Mhm, and why the hell does he have a grimoire?"

"That, I don't know." Replied Morgen, as Asta jumped from his bed. "MOM-- huh?" said Asta looking around, "Where am I.. oh Morgen-san!" said Asta, looking at Morgen.

"Hello, Asta!" said Morgen smiling. "Who is this guy who looks like he's a bad guy that is in a gangster?" said Asta, making Morgen laugh, as making the brother irritated.

"he's Nacht, my brother." said Morgen. "Well I'll get going, don't wanna interrupt your little reunion" said Nacht, about to leave but Asta grabbed his shirt. "Stay."

"Hah?! Why should I stay?!"

"Dunno."

"Jesus kid, oh well." Nacht left the room.

"You wanna tell me why Auntie died?.." said Morgen, looking at Asta seriously with a painful look as Asta remembered the past events. "By the way, where's Liebe-kun?" said Morgen, "i don't know where he is.." said Asta looking down.

'I'm inside the grimoire, idiot.' said Liebe in Asta's thoughts. "Huh? Did I just hear Liebe in my mind or am I going crazy.." said Asta as Morgen looked at him confused. 'No, I really am inside the grimoire, tell Morgen I'm inside the grimoire.' said Liebe to Asta's thoughts as Asta litten up a bit.

"Liebe said in my head that, he's inside the grimoire I'm holding." said Asta as Morgen looked at the grimoire, remembering what Lichita's magic was.

"I see, your mom might have sealed Liebe in the grimoire then, since he lacks mana and all." said Morgen inspecting the grimoire.

"Mom.. she got killed.. by a devil." Asta mumbled the last part as Morgen didn't hear it.

"Pardon?"

"She got stabbed by a musty-looking devil named Lucifero that controlled Liebe-nii's body.." said Asta, tearing up as Morgen pat him.

"Don't worry, once we find that devil, I'm sure we can kill it!" said Morgen smiling, as Nacht walked back in with a snack.

"A devils way out of our league, Morgen." said Nacht, throwing the snack at Asta.

"Here, you look like you're hungry as hell." said Nacht, sitting down on a stool, blowing out smoke from his cigarette.

"You're about 14 to 15 right? Why are you smoking?" Asked Asta, looking at Nacht. "Cause I want to, don't try it kid." said Nacht, looking back as Morgen smiled, his favorite two people talking to each other.

"mhm.."

"Say Asta, wanna live with us?" said Morgen smiling as Nacht looked at Morgen. "Hah?! What the hell are you talking about Morgen?!"

"Well, he doesn't have a home now because auntie, aka his mother is dead." said Morgen, looking at Nacht seriously. Nacht sighed.

"I am not taking care of him, you do it." said Nacht as Morgen smiled. "Well thats it, today you are a faust, Asta!" said Morgen looking at Asta smiling. "it's your choice if you wanna live with us that is."

"mmm.." Asta had a thinking pose. 'Should we stay with Morgen-san, Liebe-nii?' asked Asta in his head, to get a response from Liebe.

'Sure, it's not like we got a place to stay anyway, and we don't know how to cook in our house.' said Liebe sighing.

"Sure!" said Asta agreeing to the idea.

"well, I'm gonna go have a spar with Yami, see ya." said Nacht leaving the room.

"Whose Yami?"

"Our friend from my squad." said Morgen smiling. "although onii-san really hates Yami."

"Why?"

"Dunno, anyways wanna have a short hand-to-hand combat again?" said Morgen smiling at Asta. "Sure! I am gonna be the wizard king no matter what!" said Asta smiling as Morgen chuckled. "And kill Lucifero to avenge my mom!"

It had been a while since Asta stayed in the household, however he has a bad habit sometimes of shitting in the middle of his sleep, and Nacht was the only one able to change his underwear/diapers , which annoyed Nacht.

Nacht and Asta sometimes sparred, but Nacht always won.

"Hey Kid." said Nacht walking to Asta who was just sitting by a tree, as Asta looked at him. "What is it, Nacht-san?"

"Wanna meet Yami?" asked Nacht. "Yami?.. oh You and Morgen-san's Frie--"  Asta's face got squished by Nacht. "He's not my friend. And Never will." said Nacht in a dark tone. "Y-Yes sir!"

Nacht let go of him as he sighed, "Anyways, wanna meet him?" said Nacht looking at Asta.

"Sure!"

Chapter 1 done! I might have Yuno be included in the next chapter, since they are rivals and all. What I mean is Yuno and Asta have met from time to time, Yuno considers Lichita as his aunt as well.

(EDIT FROM EYELASHES: why did i see a "He already has met Liebe by the way,"?) anyways bye bye wait for the next update!
