Many *real* sasaeng work in telephone companies to get idols phone numbers. Once they get the phone numbers they trade or sell the idols numbers to fansites and other ssng.
Another way is staff/managers, they sell all types of infos to ssngs for money.
Ssngs even befriend some friends and family of idols and get info that way.
And of course there is stalking.
